Great college for better learning and highly recommended.

Placements: The placement was average for civil engineering; around 40 percent of students were placed. The top companies that came here were Prism Johnson, Semox, Google, Infosys, Accenture, Mind Tree, RoboSoft, etc. A total of 60 percent of the students get placed on average .

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel was quite good; there will be separate buildings for every branch. And also, hostel food is good. The Wi-Fi at the college was very fast. You will get both digital libraries and physical libraries. The labs were good and will have all the necessary equipment.

Faculty: The faculty is quite friendly and expert in all the branches. And it also makes difficult subjects easy. In spite of having an engineering syllabus that is very old, this institute is working on updating it with the latest technology. The semester was quite difficult compared to VTU.

Other: I chose this course because of the college infrastructure. The best thing you get is that it is off-road in the traffic environment .

Everything is provided in our college.

Placements: Students of our college received 1200 placement offers. The highest salary package was increased from 24.7 LPA to 53 LPA. Computer science and engineering students received the highest salary packages. The recruiters were DXC Tech, Mindtree, etc.

Infrastructure: The hostel provided facilities like 24-hour hot water, a cot, a chair, and a locker. Meal served was good, and the menu varied every day. The registration process was done at the college by paying the hostel fees in 2 to 3 installments of Rs.15,000, which was refunded while vacating the hostel.

Faculty: Faculty members in our college were good. There were 2 lecturers for every subject for some common subjects. All the faculty members were highly educated with some doctorate degrees and some of them hold experience in major companies like L&T. There were 25 faculty members.

The faculty are very supportive and friendly, but the placements for my branch are the worst.

Placements: Overall, the placements are good. But the placements in the civil branch are below average. About 80% of students got placed. The highest package offered was nearly 25 LPA, and the lowest package was 3 LPA. All the students are required to do an internship in their final year.

Infrastructure: The quality of facilities is good. The food is great, and they provide both veg and non-veg food, including fish too. The cleanliness on the campus is well maintained. They clean the washrooms every day and are well maintained. There are good facilities for sports and games.

Faculty: The faculty members are good and knowledgeable about the subjects and are well qualified. They help the students with their studies and doubts. They take us to industrial visits, which will help us know about the works in the sites and how to handle them. The difficulty level of the semester exams is average.

Other: The faculty members are very friendly in the civil branch, and they are very supportive. The facilities in labs are good. They take us on industrial visits once every semester.

Faculty members are good and infrastructure is really good.

Placements: Placements are good. All the top companies recruit the students. The college also offers placement training courses which helps during placement or job interview. In the field of IT or computer science, the college offers 90% placement guarantee.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good with indoor and outdoor stadiums, hostel, library, gym, etc. The atmosphere of the campus is really good and calm without any disturbance. The campus is eco-friendly and the campus is neat and clean which gives it a healthy environment.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. They have very well trained faculty members with Ph.D. degree. And also the way of teaching is good. The faculty members will teach the students about how to adopt the theory knowledge practically which is really helpful while doing the job outside.

Absolutely satisfied by college but quite dissatisfied by Civil engineering placements.

Placements: 1. Hardly few students were placed in Civil engineering and the recruiters are IT companies. 2. The highest package offered 31 Lacs and the lowest 2.60 Lacs. 3. Infosys, Accenture are the top recruiting companies. 5. 3.25 Lacs offered to civil engineering branch students.

Infrastructure: With the lush green campus, the college has very good infrastructure such as individual building of the respective branches and their laboratory. It consists of one indoor basketball stadium which is of international standards, one hostel ground, one outdoor basketball court, 2 outdoor volleyball court and college has its own stadium which consists of 3 fields of hockey, football cricket. Apart from this, the hostel facilities are also very good. The cleanliness is the most satisfying part of the hostel. Clean and hygienic food is provided in the hostel. Medical facilities is also good.

Faculty: Teachers was very helpful. 90% of the professors are graduated and have done their Ph.D. from National Institute Technology, Surathkal, Karnataka. Quality of teaching is very good. The industrial visit workshops are a part of the academics. All the courses followed by the syllabus are provided by AICTE.

Other: 1. I choose Civil engineering because of my interest in this course from an early age. 2. The good thing about my course is whatever we study we are able to apply in the field and practical wise college is so good. 3. There are several events going on throughout the academic year. Connectivity is good. There are so many clubs here to improve your skills and provide you with good extracurricular activities.

I am not much satisfied with the trust and rules which were fine for local students.

Placements: It was a good batch, and almost 50% of the students got placed in our branch. The highest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 3 LPA. All students who were not placed got an internship in different companies.

Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is good, but students can't subscribe to some links or sites. Classrooms were good, and the library was awesome. Hostel, water quality and food were average because there were fewer workers and more students.

Faculty: Teachers in our college were good from the second year. The first-year teachers and chemistry faculty members were the worst as they mugged up everything and teach in the classroom. They don't even know how to speak but got a PhD degree from a local university.

Other: I was new to engineering, and there was no support. But I thought to avoid coding, so I have chosen civil abs, but I was also fine with mechanical. The college should improve its practical labs because if we see other colleges, we are 20 years behind from others when I was in college. Now I don't know exactly, but it should be improved and especially the lab teacher.

I am absolutely dissatisfied of my college because of zero placement assistance and poor quality too

Placements: No placements for civil engineering in college and zero efforts Made by the college to call the companies on campus so that the students get the opportunity of getting placed or internship. Therefore students have to hunt for jobs outside the campus so that they can see themselves placed in a well reputed company.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure for a Course Was Moderate. There was no Wi-Fi facility in the college especially in the department and now coming to the hostel facilities the worst food we have got whereas Canteen serves the unhygienic food and zero medical facilities.

Faculty: Few teachers were qualified and were helpful who have good command and knowledge regarding the subject but few of them were rude and had an unfriendly attitude towards the students. But it does not help students to become industry-ready Because there were no case studies discussed in the classroom.

Other: Ever since I could imagine I have always inclined towards how building fixes with each other and that is the main reason why I have chosen this course.

Placements: NMAM Institute of Technology excel in the placements offering top-tier opportunities in renowned companies with a good starting package and good placements. It also has a dedicated placement cell and industrial training and also provides internships.

Infrastructure: NMAM Institute of Technology offers a diverse education system with a beautiful campus and also has separate hostels for boys and girls. The hostel is in a very secure environment on the campus and also facilities like the library are open till 9 in the night.

Faculty: NMAM Institute of Technology Udupi has highly qualified lecturers with huge experience in the teaching field, and every lecturer has completed their Ph.D. The course curriculum is very good and vast and helps us to gain more skills and knowledge in both practical and theory.
