Overthe my college experience was good.

Placements: In terms of placement, college is not that much good. On average 10% to 20% were placed. Companies are coming for call process more. IT companies are not collaborated with this college. The top roles are offered in this course are develops, teachers, IT tech support, etc.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of Poona college is very nice, proper buildings and departments are build for different courses. Labs are proper and well maintained with proper assistance support. There is a basketball, volleyball and badminton ground are build for students.

Faculty: Faculty members are very helpful. If you need any help from any teachers they are always there to help you. And the teachers are knowledgeable. And teaching quality of teachers are overall above average. If student learn everything from the teachers they can be ready to work in industry.

It is a good Muslim minority college.

Placements: About 20% of students from our course get placed. The college could improve on placements for the students. The salary package offered ranges from 3.5-4.5 LPA. Some companies like IBM, Wipro, Infosys, etc., visit our college to recruit students. Roles like software developer, tester, Java developer, and PHP developer are offered to the students.

Infrastructure: There is ample space within the college for a library, playground, labs, etc. There are two separate labs for computer science students and a common library. Students were given an ID card for getting access to the college premises. There was a WLAN connection within the building. The food served in the canteen is good and reasonable.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are qualified and helpful in clearing our doubts. Students are exposed to many activities that help us in understanding the roles one would have to play in the future. Semester exams are difficult to clear. The pass percentage is about 80%.

Other: The college supported students who come under the minority category. I have chosen this course so that I could get into an IT-based company. I wish there could be more training and projects related to software development. The college has a great campus and a clean surrounding area.

Disadvantages of being in Poona college

Placements: No matter how good your percentage are, placements here in poona college is not possible in most of the cases. I'm rooting for the Computer science course as they have good computer labs atleast. Though the crowd here is not good and mostly it's crowdy here and traffic problems are faced

Infrastructure: Wifi password is not accessible. Library is nice. Classrooms are well and good. The Area where the college is situated is not good at all. The crowd that comes here is also not good. Facilities are poor. I Would Not recommended This college If You Have Good Percentage

Faculty: Though the campus might not be great the Teachers are highly educated and experienced. There are no curriculum courses. It might make students industry ready but we have to work on our skills a lot as the college is not very known and even if it is known.. it is known for the bad crowd

Other: There are no curriculum activities. None. Not even annual function not picnics. Crowd is not good.

Our college provides good facilities, infrastructure, and teachers.

Placements: Around 80% of students got placed in our course. The lowest salary package offered was 1.8 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA. The top recruiting companies were Allianz and Bajaj. Almost 80% of students got internships in our course. The top roles offered were data analyst, full stack developer, and IT project manager.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good and everything was maintained properly. Wi-Fi was available for students. Our classrooms were well-maintained. Projectors were also available in our classrooms. There were 6 fans and 8 tube lights. Around 3 cameras were installed in each classroom. Our campus was surrounded by many trees. Playgorund was also available. The food served in the canteen was good. Basketball court was also available.

Faculty: Teachers were very helpful, well-qualified, and knowledgeable. They teach us properly so that we can understand the concept easily. The course curriculum makes students ready for the industry. Semester exams were good. If we study properly then we can score exams easily. The passing percentage was 90%.

I am satisfied with this great course.

Placements: Around 55 to 60% of students got placed. The salary package offered was 1.5 to 2 LPA. Students get internships in Technoswift, etc.

Infrastructure: College doesn't give access to Wi-Fi. Labs are great. Classrooms are not much good. Food is great in the canteen. There is one basketball court and sports are not good.

Faculty: Teachers are great, helpful, and knowledgeable. They make students industry-ready. The pass percentage is 35%. Exams are difficult but not that much you need to study hard.

Other: I chose this course because I love coding and computers. The best thing about our course is to learn many interesting and knowledgeable things. Campus surroundings are good.
