Academics, placements, and everything are good.
Placements: About 90 percent of students got placed. The highest package is 44 LPA and the lowest is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deloitte, TCS, Capgemini, Infosys, and LNTMindTree. About 40 percent of students got internships in some of the private companies. Roles offered are Software Developer, Software Engineer, and System Engineer.
Infrastructure: Good food and campus with Wi-Fi. A digital library is also available for studies which provides computers for studying. Labs are good with good equipment. Canteen food is good and clean. The hostel is also good with good maintenance and a warden. We can play in the sports room when we are free.
Faculty: Faculty members are excellent and friendly towards students. Faculty members are qualified and have a good understanding of subjects. The college has skill lab programmes that make the students industry-ready. Semester exam papers are prepared by the college only since the college is autonomous and the papers are medium level and we can pass if we study.
Other: We are the 2027 batch. We are now in the 3rd year. I chose the course to become a great software engineer. Along with academics we need to focus on DSA and other skills. There are 3-4 events in a year like Synergia, DevHost, Arambh, Arpan, and Sinchana.

Summary of my college.
Placements: So I took computer science and engineering in data science. Our batch size was very small, and there were 34 students in our batch. In the entire college, our batch size was very small. In our college, 250+ companies came for the placements, including the Japanese companies also. And mostly the companies were from Bangalore only. And the highest package that was offered this time was 44 lacs, which was by a Japanese company.
Infrastructure: The Wi-Fi of our college is not so good, but the internet connections through the LAN are good; its more than 300 mbps, but the Wi-Fi is too bad. Many of the time it is 2 or 3 mbps speed, not more than that. If you check in your phones, its like 100 or 200 kbps only. The departments, mess, and hostels are good.
Faculty: It is very simple to pass the exam; anyone who studies for one or two nights before can do so. The course curriculum is good as it was entirely for the specific to our branch only. The problem is that the faculty members are too few in our college.
Other: I chose this course because its the trending job right now, and the thing is that if you know how to manipulate the data or if you are able to analyze the data, then you can extract the information out of it. Talking about the event and the festival. Many events have taken place at our college, but there is no festival like the one in the north.

Our college has good infrastructure.
Placements: Our college provides average placements. It is a good college. Top recruiting companies are Google, Microsoft, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides good facilities. Our campus is well-maintained. Classrooms are good. The projectors are not good.
Faculty: A few teachers are well-experienced. Many people here are influenced by caste factors, causing them to believe that college lecturers are superior and prompting them to take unnecessary actions frequently. This attitude leads to mediocrity among faculty members.
Other: Our college doesn't conduct extracurricular activities.

Placements: Our college provides average placements. Small companies visit our college to recruit students. Around 260 companies visit our college to recruit students. Our college provides training for placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides good facilities. The college buildings are good. Classrooms and labs are good and well-maintained. The hostel is good.
Faculty: Our faculty members vary in their quality. Some faculty members are extremely friendly and excellent. The other faculty members have an inflated sense of power and act as if they are the only authority in the world.

Review of Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management.
Placements: Almost 90% of students got placed in our college in different companies. The highest salary package offered by Microsoft is 40 LPA. The lowest salary package offered ranges between 2 LPA - 3 LPA. Almost all students got internships.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college provides us with all facilities. Our college is Wi-Fi enabled, but its speed is slow. Classrooms are clean. The projectors are not working.
Faculty: Some teachers are good. A few teachers are strict. The monthly internal exams are easy only if we study. Semester exams are easy. They release effective results to collect evaluation amounts.
Other: A few events are held in our college.

I am satisfied with the faculty, good placements, and decent campus.
Placements: This college has a good placement record. In the previous few years, nearly 90% of students were placed. The highest salary package offered in our college was 40 LPA, and the average was around 4 LPA. We are provided with placement training right from our first year to make us prepared for the aptitude tests.
Infrastructure: The labs and library are good. The hostel is decent. The food served is also decent but overpriced.
Faculty: Faculty members here are very good. The classes are interactive and easy to understand. Our college has become autonomous since the previous year, so the syllabus is more industry-oriented to make us industry-ready. The 1st and 2nd semesters are easy compared to the 3rd and 4th semesters. The pass percentage is 40%. 75% attendance is mandatory to write the semester exams.

I am satisfied because of faculty, good placements, and infrastructure.
Placements: Around 85% of students get placed every year. Overall, the placements are very good. The highest package offered is 43 LPA. The lowest package offered is 4 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Adobe, Capgemini, SAP Labs, etc.
Infrastructure: Good Wi-Fi facilities are available in the hostel. It also has a good study place. Labs are well-maintained. The canteen is very beautiful and provides good and hygienic food. The college provides medical facilities 24X7 for hostel students. There is a separate space for sports and cultural activities.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good. Teachers are knowledgeable. The pass percentage is 35%. End-semester exams are not too tough. Teachers are very friendly with students and solve all their doubts.
Other: I am pursuing Bachelor's in computer science engineering. I chose it because there is huge demand for software engineers in the present situation.
