I am satisfied with faculty members of our department.
Placements: Many students got internships in our department. Staff members help students to find internships by themselves. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Zoho, and Wipro. Many students got internships at TSC company.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are neat. 24X7 Wi-Fi is available in our department. Restrooms are clean. Drinking water is clean. Canteen is good. The food served in the canteen is good. Hostels are well-maintained by wardens. The hostel rooms are clean. The hostel food is healthy.
Faculty: Professors are friendly, excellent, and qualified. They help students to clear all university exams. They are always available to clear any doubts about subjects. They will make students a quick learner.
Other: The university conducts many events. They provide scholarships to students. Staff guides students to participate in extracurricular activities. Every individual talent will be recognised in sports events.

Review of School of Computing Science, VELS Institute of Science, Technology and Advanced Studies.
Placements: Almost 75% of students were placed. The lowest salary offered was Rs 80,000, and the highest salary package offered was 5 LPA. The top companies were TCS, Zoho, CTS, Capgemini, and Wipro. Almost 20% of students got internships from Wipro. The roles offered were associate, sales executive, management, technical engineer, hardware and software engineer.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure was good. There was no free Wi-Fi for students only for faculty members. Library timing was 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM. Every course had 5 laboratories. The hostel was very good and hygienic. Food was made by a good cook. Every year conduct inter-college competitions and sports days. Many students study with their sports quota, and many students went a state and national level competitions by our college.
Faculty: Teachers were more helpful to learn courses with books and also practically. Every class had an projector, and it should be available for every class. The exams were conducted like university exams before exams, they gave old question papers to learn the repeated questions. Every previous year students were prepared for work-life like the way of speaking, behaving, responding, etc. The exams were not difficult at all every year. The pass percentage was 98%.
Other: This is a very lovely batch. My ambition was to become a corporate employee so that's why I opted for this course. It needs to coach very well for slow learners, and need to create more self-confidence classes. Every year nakshatra was good, and this college was most memorable for every alumni.

Q:   Is BTech in IT superior to BSc in IT?
A:

This relies on several variables. Based on education, BSc IT is superior to BTech IT since it can be completed in three years. If you start a job directly after finishing your studies, you will be paid more than a regular BTech student in their fourth year.

The BSc IT curriculum is also in line with what businesses need. The drawback is that a BTech IT fresher will receive higher compensation than a BSc IT rookie based on the wider exposure to candidates in the BTech course curriculum.
