It is the best college in terms of the value of money.
Placements: Placements are not at all good. Companies which visit our college for on-campus placements expect only coding language for students. However, we don't have coding language as it is not related in our course. We are willing to get a job, but due to this problem, we are taking external classes for coding.
Infrastructure: Our college does not provide any kind of Wi-Fi connection, and there is no digital connection. There is no equipment for civil engineering. Even this college does not have any boys' hostel.
Faculty: Faculty members are only for the name, and they don't know anything. Students who are studying in college have to prepare on their own. It is mainly a degree college. Even the lab attendants are poor knowledge. Many courses are offered in this college.
Other: The best thing in this college is it is value for money.

Our college teachers have excellent teaching skills, and it has a good environment.
Placements: We have students with good academic percentages. Our college provides placements to all branches and helps us to get placements in all industries. Our college has good infrastructure, good ground, basketball court, cricket ground, etc. All companies will visit here for placements.
Infrastructure: Our college has a good and huge canteen, which serves good and neat food. There are labs, a good library with all books and Wi-Fi facility on some floors in some branches. Our college has good classrooms, but it doesn't have smart classrooms, projects, etc. I am a bit disappointed here, but we have a good infrastructure in classrooms. We have a great time at lunchtime and have fun. I like our college.
Faculty:
Our college has good faculty members with good knowledge. I like them, and they help us to solve our problems and motivate us. They deal with us, but they are a bit strict in all things. However, they provide good knowledge for us, and they have good knowledge in their fields. Our course curriculum is relevant, and we are industrial-ready.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like this field.

It is good to be here, and I like to be an engineering student.
Placements: Almost 50-75% of the students get placed. We have placements for all branches.
Infrastructure: There is a good and vast canteen which provides good food. There are neat labs in the college. There is a good library with all the books. There is a Wi-Fi facility on some floors. There are good classrooms in the college.
Faculty: We have good faculty. Faculty here are knowledgeable. Faculty here help us to get out of our problems and give motivation to us. Faculty here deal with us a bit strict in all but provide good knowledge. The course curriculum makes students industrial-ready.

Review of Shadan College of Engineering and Technology.
Placements: The college doesn't offer placements. No companies approached this college. Due to the average faculty members, students couldn't gain good knowledge. We heard from our seniors that some companies visited the college earlier, but no company appears now.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the building is good, but it's an old building and has to be renovated. Designing is amazing. Civil engineers can get very good ideas by seeing this infrastructure and buildings. During my tenure, some safety equipment was provided in our college. No Wi-Fi is available on the campus.
Faculty: The faculty have to be improved a lot in teaching. Good faculty members with very good experience in all standards are to be recruited. A new HOD is appointed every year which makes it difficult for the students to interact with the new one every year.
Other: No grounds were available and so no events or sports were conducted.

Very dissatisfied because of infrastructure and no events or fests.
Placements: Till 2017, there were no placements at all. By the end of 2017, HOD's of some branches changed, so they thought of bringing placements in our college, and now only eight members were selected six are from mechanical, and two are from civil. Mechanical students got a job in Hyundai offshore company. Civil students got a job in the interior designing company. The salary for mechanical students is 1.68 LPA, and 1.44 LPA is for civil students. There is a placement cell in our college. It has a placement officer. They are trying the best to bring placements in our college.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not good. It was built in 1998 till now there is no changes or renovation done. They didn't even paint the building till now. There is Wi-Fi provided by Jio only for staff and only 20 MB for students. The classrooms are also not good. The labs are also not well-maintained. Labs don't have some equipment or machines. The library is somewhat good. We get books what we want but not of the new syllabus. The medical facilities are provided in Shadan hospital which is present in our college boundary for free of cost. We don't get food or meals in our canteen. We only get chips packet and cool drinks.
Faculty: 70% of the faculty is qualified and knowledgeable. Some teachers are good at teaching, and some are not eligible for teaching. The ratio of students to faculty is 1:50. The course curriculum was useful. Some faculty members are unable to teach properly. Some faculty members teach using laptops or tabs because there are no projectors in any of the classrooms.
Other: In a whole academic year, we have only one sports event known as Blitz. Other than that we don't have any fests or events. The campus crowd will always be less as no one comes daily. There is no scholarship provided by our college.
