It has decent academics, opportunities, strict attendance rules, excellent campus life, and events.

Placements: Around 70% of students get placed. The highest package offered is 22 LPA. The lowest package offered is 3 LPA. There is mass hiring for a package of 3.5 LPA. Companies like Capgemini and Revature hire students. All students get internships. If they do well in internships, then they are placed there. Roles like data analyst are offered here.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure is really good. Everything is provided, from Wi-Fi to a library. All things are installed from time to time. The hostel facilities are really good. The food is average. Canteens are good and clean. Medical facilities are not that good. A doctor is not available many times. Sports facilities are there. The college does not allow students to play for the university unless they have not played any national games and are the best in sports.

Faculty: Teachers are good and qualified. Not every teacher is helpful. The course and subject are industry-related. Their way of teaching is not that good. They do not help students to be industry-ready. Exams are not that difficult to pass. Almost 80-90 percent of students pass exams.

Other: Events are good. The campus crowd is high. Around 2,000 students get admission every year.

Placements: My course is Data science, near about 60-65% of the students get placed in this course. The average package offered to a candidate from my batch is around 6 LPA. The highest package is around 12 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA. Top recruiting companies like TCS, Accenture, Wipro, and Infosys come here for recruitment purposes. Top 15-20% of the students get internships in this course. Top roles include data analyst, data scientist, business analyst, and so on.

Infrastructure: The facilities for this course here are great. Students get well-furnished classrooms. AC rooms along with new and upgraded computer systems. Labs are very good here with facilities like smart board and so on. Library is good here students get almost all the books required. Hostel price is a little high as per the facilities. The rooms are also very short and not clean properly. But the food in canteen and mess is very hygienic and affordable and also tastes good.

Faculty: Teachers are well-educated and very helpful as well. Teaching quality is good, teachers start any topic from scratch so that everyone can understand it pretty well. The course curriculum is relevant but some subjects in this course are not relevant. But it makes the student's industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate here but you could easily pass them by studying a week before exams. Pass percentage is 80-85%.

Other: I have chosen this course as it has various opportunities and roles to get a job. All the things in my course are great but some subjects need more practical exposure, so the labs should conducted more. Lots of events occur here in a whole year, but the major one is Pratishrutu which is the annual festival that occurs here, it is 1 week and it is very refreshing. Scholarships are given to students who have taken the admission through CAP round.

Placements: I am doing data science course here, and almost 70%-80% of the students in this course get placed every year. The highest package offered in this course is around 19 LPA, with an average package of 5 LPA-6 LPA, with a minimum of 3.5 LPA. Top companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, and so on come here for recruitment purposes. Top 15%-20% of the students get internships here. Roles like data analyst, data scientist, and business analyst are offered.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of classrooms and labs is quite well-maintained here, you get all the facilities like air-conditioned rooms, Wi-Fi, proper computer systems, and a good library with all the books and facilities like tables and chairs available. The hostel facilities according to the cost are very bad here, rooms are very dirty and small, whereas the food quality at the mess and canteen concerning price is very good and it's very hygienic as well.

Faculty: Teachers here are very educated and helpful, although some teachers are rude and strict but other than them all are good. Most of the subjects are relevant although some subjects are irrelevant but overall it makes us industry-ready. Semester exams are moderate here not that difficult could easily pass them by studying 2 days before exams. Almost 90% of the students get pass in the exams.

Other: In this college, this course has a great placement record and that is the reason why I have chosen this course. The best thing about this course is there are many roles and opportunities where students can work, more practical exposure through labs should be made in this course. Lots of events occur throughout a year but the annual fest known as Pratishruti is the main one, it is 1 week with almost every event and everything happens here. Scholarships are given if the admission is taken through the cap round.

Placements: My course is data science, almost 80% of the students studying in this course get placed. The highest package offered till now in this course is 17 LPA with an average package of 5 LPA - 6 LPA. The minimum package goes up to 3 LPA - 3.5 LPA. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Accenture along with Amazon and many other big companies come here for recruitment. Top 10-15% of the students get internships in small startups. Roles offered in this course are data analyst, data scientist, business analyst, and so on.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of classrooms and all things for this course are excellent, facilities like Wi-Fi, proper computer systems with air-conditioned classrooms, and all are available here. Library is good, almost all the books required by the students are available here. Hostel prices are very high as per the room so hostel is not recommended here. You can go for PGs and all for living, whereas food quality brands' price is excellent in both canteen and mess.

Faculty: Teachers here are very educated. They have a really good teaching style. Almost all teachers are helpful here but few of them are very strict and rude. The course curriculum is 70-80% relevant as there are few subjects in every semester that are irrelevant to the students. The level of difficulty in exams is moderate. But almost 90% of students get pass in it.

Other: I have chosen this course as data science has been booming up with the increase in the use of AI. Some subjects that are irrelevant to us should be removed from the syllabus, along with more practical exposure in labs. Many events occur here throughout the year but the annual fest known as Pratishruti is very vast for 1 week in this event. Many things happen like cultural night, EDM night, and so on. Scholarships are available for students who have taken their admission through cap round on merit basis.

Placements: I have opted for the data science course as it is a quite demanding field nowadays, almost 80% of students in my course have been placed. The highest package offered is around 12 LPA and the lowest package is 3.5 LPA along with an average package of 6.5 LPA. Top companies like Accenture, Wipro, TCS, and Deloitte came here during the placement season. Almost the top 10% of students get internships in startups. Top roles offered are data analyst and data scientist.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the class is good and well maintained along with all the facilities required for the students. There is good availability of Wi-Fi, proper monitor in the lab, and good classrooms, the library is a lot good with all the books available along with a good seating area. Hostel quality is not as good as the prices, the rooms are very short, and not cleaned properly as well, but the food quality of the mess as per the price is good, mess is very hygienic as well.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful here, also they are very well-educated having all the knowledge required to teach. Their teaching style is also very good, some of the subjects in the course are irrelevant but other than this all subjects are relevant and make the students industry-ready. Semester exams here are moderate not that tough to get pass. Pass percentage is almost 85%.

Other: I have chosen this course as there are various opportunities in data science, lots of roles where we could work, high high-paying jobs are some of the best things I found about this course. Some irrelevant subjects should be removed from this course and more exposure to the practical aspects like labs should be given, many small events occur here throughout the season but the major event Pratishruti occurs once a year it, and the annual fest, campus is good, scholarships are available.

Ramdeobaba University Infrastructure

Ramdeobaba University campus spreads across 17 acres of land. It consists of the college educational buildings, hostels for both boys and girls, library, auditorium, exam halls, lecture halls, mess & canteen, medical facilities, and others. The other facilities provided to the students of the institute include:

Library: The central library of the institute is equipped with quality books, journals and magazines of national and international level. RBU library department has many sections such as the digital library, reference section, issue section and reading room.
Security: The security on campus is provided by Security and Intelligence Services (India) Limited.
Cafeteria: RBU canteen is one of the most happening places on the campus. It is known for its savoury food, but it is also the place where students make some of the best memories of their college life.
Gymnasium: A well-equipped gym is available on campus for students as well as faculty. Routine exercise can boost students' self-esteem and help them to meditate, sleep, look, and feel better.
Hostel: The college provides excellent hostel facilities within the campus for the students who want to avail the campus living facility. The boys’ hostel is located at the rear end of the college while the girls’ hostel is situated near the Ramdeobaba temple.
Health Centre: RBU provides primary health facilities to students. The students also have access to the hospital which is also housed in the same campus.
