Well satisfied with the teaching.
Placements: We had almost 90% placements. Our training and placement department brought all the possible companies. In our branch, Electronics and Instrumentation, we had above 50% placements. Our branch had fewer placements compared to EC and others. The highest package was as high as 60 LPA across all branches.
Infrastructure: We had all the infrastructure available, such as Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and libraries. As I was a day scholar, I knew facilities in the hostels, such as Wi-Fi, hot water, clothes washing, and so on. The food was absolutely good and tasty.
Faculty: Teachers were very friendly and clearly explained the topics. They clarified our doubts. The syllabus they followed was very useful for companies and industries. The semester exams were good. We had to score 40% in both internals and exams to pass.
Other: I wanted to join SIT irrespective of the branch. I got ECE, and the best thing about it was that we could go either for the core or the IT side. Our college conducts events regularly to improve the students' skills. Our college had the biggest fests, Halcyon and Spandana, which were celebrated grandly.

Overall, I have a good experience.
Placements: Our branch excelled in company placements. Top companies like Reliance, TCS, etc., hire instrumentation department students. The highest package is 8.5 LPA, and the lowest package is 3.75 LPA. The average package is 4 LPA, which helped students to get placed in different companies. Around 30% of students got internships in different companies.
Infrastructure: We have well-equipped labs, but instruments are old. A new PC has been installed. Educated lab attenders and cooperative teachers in labs helped me to gain more practical knowledge. The hostel facility is okay, and the food on Saturday is a must-try. Regarding sports, our college needs a more knowledgeable physical education director.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable, caring, and open-minded to students. Our HOD is very helpful, and she supports every student. It has more knowledgeable teachers than I have seen. The course curriculum is relevant. In this course, we will gain practical knowledge, and we will be ready for industry work. Exams are not that difficult, but students make them difficult.
Other: I chose this course because I am interested in electronics. It needs more experienced teachers to improve the course. Regarding fests, our college is strict and disciplined.

I am very satisfied after joining this college. The college provides good placements.
Placements: Around 50 students got placed in our electronics and Instrumentation branch. The placement drive was excellent. Many companies like Amazon, Dell, Tata, Siemens, and IBM visit our campus for placement drives. The highest package offered is 8.5 LPA.
Infrastructure: The facilities provided by our department are very good, including Wi-Fi, labs, and a positive classroom environment. Well-stocked books are available in the campus library. The quality of the canteen food is excellent, and sports and medical facilities are also good.
Faculty: Teachers made our college students industry-ready. Semester exams are very good. The pass percentage is 90%. Teachers here in SIT are well qualified and experienced, They clarify every doubt on the spot. This college helped us a lot.
Other: The events and college festivals held here are excellent. We are appreciated for every co-curricular activity.

The college has strong academics & campus life.
Placements: 50% of the students are placed. The highest package is 8.86 LPA, the average is 5 LPA, and the lowest is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Quest Global, Honeywell, Worley, Yokogawa, and Toyota. Almost everyone got an internship in the company. Some of them are placed as software.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in our department is good, including labs, classrooms, Wi-Fi, library facilities, and study areas. Our department is well-structured. The faculty members are friendly, and all facilities are satisfactory. The canteen offers good food, and students often play games during free time.
Faculty: Teachers at Siddaganga Institute of Technology, Tumakuru for EIE are qualified and knowledgeable. Teaching quality is good with an industry-relevant curriculum. Exams are moderately tough. The pass percentage is around 85-90%, making students job-ready.
Other: Choose EIE at SIT for its mix of electronics and automation, with good placement scope. Love the hands-on lab work and helpful faculty. The campus is vibrant with fests, clubs, and greenery. Wish the curriculum had more real-time industry projects and internships.

Good infrasture and management.
Placements: Electronics and instrumentation engineering 2025 pass-out, 50% of students got placed or eligible for placements. The highest package offered is 8.5 LPA and the lowest package is 3.6 LPA. Statestreet, Honeywell, BNP Paribas, Worley, Reliance Industries, Nokia, Mistral Solutions, Capgemini, and Yokogawa are recruiting companies.
Infrastructure: I was not in the hostel, as said by my friend's, food is average and the infrastructure is average, security is well-maintained, and bus facilities are available for hostel students. Hostel is near to college campus, and my course is well compared to our college's. Overall, it is average.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified but you have to deal with their stubborn behavior sometimes, depending on the guides of mini and major projects sometimes you just have to get scolded for no reason sometimes they are well-behaved depending on their mood.
Other: I chose this course randomly and the best thing so far.

Great balance of academics, campus culture, and placements.
Placements: 80% of students are placed from my course. The highest package is 8 LPA, the lowest is 3 LPA, and the average is 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Accenture and TCS. 30% of students got internships at Honeywell and Indi Swiss. Top roles offered in our course are associate engineer and embedded developer.
Infrastructure: The department is equipped with well-maintained laboratories for sensors, signal processing, embedded systems, and control systems. Wi-Fi is available across campus, including classrooms and hostels. Classrooms are spacious, clean, and mostly equipped with projectors.
Faculty: Most faculty members are highly qualified with M.Tech or Ph.D. degrees, and several have industrial or research experience. They are approachable and support project and research activities. The curriculum is revised regularly to align with industry trends.
Other: I chose this course considering the quality of teaching is at a reasonable price.

It has good and well-spaced infrastructure and with keeping in mind the greenery all around.
Placements: There are placement activities and training over the semesters on aptitude, mock interviews, etc. Technical English 1 and 2 also helped in vocabulary and fluent communication skills. The department of placements played a vital role in all factors to achieve goals.
Infrastructure: Overall, there is a good infrastructure in the institute, particularly the main building, the administrative block, the auditorium, and the library. There is good space and greenery. There is no seminar hall in the department, and it needs updated computers in labs. The canteen has good space and good food.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, knowledgeable, and helpful. The teaching quality is okay. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. The difficulty level of the semester-end exams in the college is justified depending on the course and exams.

It depends upon your category also which you belong to, it may be general or SC/ST, for that, you need to check last year's cut-off, through this you will get to know about it.
