Good placements & vibrant campus needs better infrastructure and faculty engagement.
Placements: 70% percent of students are placed in my course. The highest package is 45 LPA, the lowest package is 3 LPA, and the Average package is 6.5 LPA. Top recruiters are Amazon, TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro, Deloitte, Accenture, IBM, Google, Lenskart, HCL, Samsung, Salesforce, DBS, and Tech Mahindra. Average stipend is INR 41,970/month. The maximum stipend is INR 80,000/month for AWS and CISCO.
Infrastructure: Civil 8 labs, Mechanical 14 labs, CSE 19 labs, ECE 26 labs, IT 10 labs, and others, including AI/ML, IoT, Cyber Security, Data Science, and S&H labs. A 500 kWp solar plant, since 2017, has covered substantial campus energy needs. SNIST offers separate hostels for boys and girls.
Faculty: Professors are highly qualified, helpful, and knowledgeable. They make the learning experience very effective. The course curriculum is relevant and aligned with the industry needs. Semester exams are of moderate difficulty, and pass rates are generally good, reflective, and balanced. Pass percentage is 75%.
Other: I chose Information Technology because it offers the perfect balance between core computer Science concepts and their practical application in the real world. I was particularly drawn to the versatility of IT. Ranging from web and app development to cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud computing, and AI/ML. SNIST is a very good college. Events and fests are very well made in a grand way. Infrastructure needs to be improved. Classrooms are not proper, but the hostel facilities are good. Teaching quality is good, and teachers are helpful.

Great campus life with strong placements and supportive faculty, but needs more industry exposure.
Placements: I pursued my B. Tech in Information Technology from the 2023-2027 batch. Around 85% of the students from my course were placed through campus placements. The highest package offered was 22 LPA, the lowest was around 3.5 LPA, and the average stood at approximately 6.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies included TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte, Accenture, Amazon, and Cognizant. Nearly 70% of the students received internship opportunities in reputed companies like TCS, Microsoft, Capgemini, and startups. Top roles offered were Software Development Engineer (SDE), Full Stack Developer, Data Analyst, and System Engineer.
Infrastructure: The department has well-equipped computer labs with high-speed Wi-Fi, smart classrooms with projectors, and access to a central digital library. The hostel facilities are decent, with good cleanliness and security. Mess food is average but hygienic, and there are canteens and small food outlets inside the campus. Medical facilities are available 24/7 with an on-campus health center. Sports grounds and indoor games facilities like badminton and table tennis are also available and actively used by students.
Faculty: Faculty members are experienced and knowledgeable, with many holding PhDs in their respective fields. Most professors are approachable and helpful during project work and doubt sessions. Curriculum is quite relevant to industry needs and includes subjects like DSA, DBMS, AI/ML, and Web Development. Semester exams are moderately difficult, but students who attend regularly and prepare sincerely can easily pass. Average pass percentage is above 85%.

Good placements in 2025. Dissatisfied because of the faculty. Good infrastructure and design.
Placements: Nearly 25% of students opted for Information Technology. Every top performer gets the opportunity, but it depends on the students how they perform in the interview. Top recruiting companies we got are Juspay, Zepto, Infosys, Accenture, etc. The highest package offered is 30 LPA, and the average package is 10 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. They provide Wi-Fi, labs, non-AC classrooms, and a library. The mess and the canteen also provide a delicious variety of food. Emergency medical facilities are also available. The service is quite appreciable. Coming to sports and games, they have equal preference with studies.
Faculty: I don't like the teaching of many faculty members. Some are very experienced. The lectures given by the faculty cannot make you industry-ready. There's no problem with the semester exams; we can easily cope with them. Every year, the pass percentage is at least 60%.
Other: It should be improved in many ways. Firstly, the faculty should be well-educated and experienced. There's no problem with the extracurricular activities. Many events are conducted in our college.

It is absolutely a good college with good infrastructure and facilites.
Placements: Placements are good. Around 70% of students get placed in our course. The highest package is 39 LPA, and the lowest package is 4 LPA. The average package of our course is 7 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Microsoft, Infosys, and Wipro visited our college for placements. The top role offered is a data analyst.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the course is good. The hostel facilities are okay, and the facilities, like the food, are also okay. We can eat it, and the quality of facilities in the hostel is good. It provides beds and desks. The quality of food available in the mess and canteen is good. There are also medical facilities. There are not enough sports to play, as the ground is too short to play on. Overall, the Wi-Fi and classrooms work well. The library is also available.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Their teaching facility is good, and they teach us in a very relevant way that we can understand. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. The difficulty level of the semester exam is that if we can study for a night, we can pass the same examination. There is no need to study throughout the semester.
Other: I chose this course to learn about things. The best thing about the course is teachers are very good about languages, and things we would like better is the curriculum. Events and fests are organsied once a month. It also provides enough scholarships. The campus surroundings are green. It is placed around the ORR. It also has clubs and extracurricular activities.

Review of SNIST, Hyderabad.
Placements: B.Tech in Information Technology, 2022-2026 (Ongoing). In my course, around 75-80% of students were placed through on-campus placements. Highest package offered was approximately 20 LPA (offered by companies like Amazon or Adobe), while the average package ranged from 4.5 to 6 LPA. Lowest package was around 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies included Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, Capgemini, TCS, and some product-based companies like Zoho and NCR Corporation. About 60% got internships in TCS, startups, or via off-campus drives. Roles offered are SDE, Analyst, and QA.
Faculty: Faculty members are knowledgeable and helpful. Curriculum includes AI/ML and the latest trends. Exams are moderately tough. Internals and labs help boost scores. Campus life is active with teach fests, clubs, and cultural events. Friendly and focused peer group. Roboveda, Pulse, and other events bring energy to campus. Peaceful environment and good connectivity to city via metro and TSRTC buses.
Other: For a fee of approximately 4.8L, including hostel and mess, the college provides good learning, exposure, and placements. Scholarships are also available for eligible students through government schemes. Campus life is active with tech fests, clubs, and cultural events. Friendly and focused peer group. Roboveda, Pulse, and other events bring energy to campus.
