SOT Pandit Deendayal Energy University offers two-year M.Tech programme divided into four semesters. No, candidates can take admission in M.Tech programme of SOT PDEU without GATE score also. The university accepts admission for non-GATE qualified candidates in Phase-II. However, the application process is common. Candidates who have not qualified GATE are shortlisted based on their performance in the personal interview round. The merit list for such aspirants are prepared based on PI performance. Candidate who has applied for more than one branch has to appear in personal interview for all the respective branches separately
