NIE Mysore admission process includes a series of steps for UG and PG courses. Below is the steps to get admission to NIE Mysore:
Step 1: NIE Mysore Application Process 2025
The mode of application is online for all courses. NIE Mysore admission to MCA and MTech programmes is through the Karnataka PGCET conducted by the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). Candidates need to register for entrance exams like KCET or COMEDK-UCET for BE admission. For Management Quota, registration will be done on the official website of the institute.
Step 2: Selection
NIE Mysore shortlists candidates for BE, MTech and MCA courses based on the entrance exam. For BE, candidates can apply for admission through KCET or COMEDK-UGET score. MTech admission will be based on Karnataka PGCET or GATE score.
Step 3: Cutoff
Candidates must score equal or above the cutoff rank to get admission to NIE Mysore courses. The cutoffs are released by entrance exam conducting body, based on which admission is granted.
