Where you will find the three teachers you wanted.
Placements: These years, many girl students from different states took admission in Usha Mittal for B.Tech programme. Nearly 80 percent of the students got placed in my course. It is an autonomous college. The academics are pretty chill. 32 LPA is the highest package offered for the CST branch, while 12 LPA could be the average. Companies like Infosys, Visa, Bank of America, and many more have their placement interview here. From the CST branch, almost 80 percent of students get placed in a few good companies. Talking about roles offered, companies like Visa and Infosys do hire students for their highest package.
Infrastructure: The college provides Wi-Fi for three students. But 40 percent of the college is under renovation right now. The classrooms are clean and sufficient for the students. The canteen serves tasty food at affordable prices. Sports and extracurricular activities are also supported. The library is quite small for such a big college, but it's clean and has all the resources required.
Faculty: The teachers are quite helpful also while clearing the doubts. The curriculum is also quite easy and not too difficult. The questions in the semester are from the faculty who taught, so they are also quite average. The college prioritizes attendance, so they give marks based on attendance as well. The passing percentage is 75 percent.
Other: I am interested in coding, so I chose this course. Also, UMIT has better placement for this course. Further, the college hosts many events, as its fest is one of the coolest. It encourages girls to be a part of the event and also to pave the path.

Good college with good facilites.
Placements: Around 90 percent of students were placed in this course, with the highest package being 32 lakhs and the lowest about 3 lakhs. The average package is about 8 lakhs. The top recruiting company is Visa, from the CST course. Around 30 percent of students got internships in companies like Cigniti, Deloitte, KPMG, Visa, Infogain, and others. Roles offered for our branches are software developer, software engineer, developer, software tester, analyst, and much more.
Infrastructure: As it is a women's college, it has a good, well-designed infrastructure, and currently, renovation is going on. There is 24/7 availability of network connection. As of my knowledge, one of our faculty said that from 2026 onwards, they will be providing 15 GB of data space to each student for their college work. UMIT has 2 labs, which are further divided into 4 sections, then adding up to 8 labs with a full complement of desktops. Also, there are 4 more labs with well-working PCs, and one library with a seating area.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and everyone has a friendly nature, with good knowledge and good qualification status. The course made us industry-relevant, as there will be a total of 3 proper coding language subjects in the four-year journey, along with all other computer science core subjects. About semester college exams, those are pretty good and tough, as they are particularly set by college faculty only. If a student has regular attendance, they can easily pass the exam. The pass percentage is around 95%.
Other: I have chosen this course because this is the core branch in our college, and I am currently in the placement drive. So far, all companies which have come in for placements have asked for students from this course. This course has the highest preference in the college premises as well as outside of the college. Talking about events and fests, there is an annual event of the college which is held in March in the even semester and one technical fest which is mainly arranged by all the technical councils.

Absolutely satisfied with the placements and the curriculum and the college life.
Placements: In my college every year above 85% students are placed in very good companies. The highest package the students got this year is 24 lpa and the average package is 7 lpa. The top companies coming to the campus include barclays, oracle, deuche bank, bank of american, colgate etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good and Wi-Fi is also provided but hostel infrastructure is average. However, it is manageable because according to the area it is very budget friendly. One can easily live in the hostel and it's very safe for girls. Wi-Fi is also provided in hostel.
Faculty: The faculty is very professional. They teach very efficiently, they make sure that each and every student understands the concepts and they are always ready to solve our doubts. The curriculum of the college is very related to the industry, definitely, they make us job ready.
Other: The college life is amazing the fests and the councils will help you to balance your studies. Scholarships are also there in the college.

This college is good for knowledge and placements is also fine for girls.
Placements: Around 100% of students are placed. The average salary package offered is 12 LPA. Accenture, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, and Tata are some of the top companies that come to our college for placements.
Infrastructure: This college provides a library and 4 computer laboratories. It also has a projector in almost every classroom. I am a day scholar so I do not know about hostel facilities. But I have heard that the stay is decent and the food is average. The canteen of our college is good, the infrastructure is average, and the food is good.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful and knowledgeable. Almost every teacher has done Ph.D. or masters. They have very good knowledge in almost every subject, and will try their best to help students. The course of our college is set independently that is not according to the Mumbai University. So, the curriculum of our college is set according to the trending, important, and necessary subjects in the industry.

I am dissatisfied because of teachers, bad placements in 2015, bad infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: I am a pass out student of 2017 from computer science and technology course. Subjects were outdated, and no new subjects were introduced. Placements were the worst. During our year, there were only 5-6 companies for placements, and out of which, 2 were mass recruiters and 3 dream companies. Company eligibility was different from all other colleges, and our placement officer didn't work on this.
Infrastructure: The college has a 5-floor building without a lift and huge stairs. The cafeteria was in a separate building, and washrooms were as good as public toilets. Infrastructure was very bad and depressing. Canteen food was not good. The library was good, and the classrooms were converted into a library.
Faculty: Our course is not relevant to what I work as professionals. Teaching quality was for namesake. Attendance was 75%, which is compalsary. I was in a bad financial situation, but our principal was very helpful. I was provided with a scholarship, and the fee payment was also adjusted.

I am satisfied with placements. Infrastructure and faculty are good.
Placements: In the year 2018, Barclay offered a salary package of 8 LPA. Colgate offered a salary package of 6 LPA. HSBC offered a salary package of 5 LPA. Tata Motors offered a salary package of 6 LPA. Erixon offered a salary package of 3.5 LPA. Atos offered a salary package of 3.1 LPA. Around 40% of the students got placed in companies like Selec Controls, Ubisoft. Students were offered internships in companies like MTNL, Dodo, Air India, etc.
Infrastructure: The college provides labs for computer, dance, singing, yoga, science, mechanics, engineering, drawing. Wi-Fi is available in particular areas of the campus. There is also a library and various courts like badminton court, basketball court, and many other playgrounds. Hostel facility is also good at our college since it has a capacity of 500 girls, and the mess is very good. Food served is also very good.
Faculty: There are many experienced teachers in our branch with good knowledge of the subject. Personal attention is given to every student in our class. Every teacher has at least 15 years of experience, and they possess very good teaching skills. They provide enough number of questions to practice.
Other: CST is a good course, and we can easily get into good firms with a good salary package and as the experience increase annual income increases eventually. In our course, there is a lack of practical implementation. Events organised in our college are good with five fests conducted every year with 3-4 technical and some non-technical fests. Scholarships are offered to SC, ST, OBC and students who top in the college. The campus crowd is not that good. Connectivity is good.

It is one of the best girls colleges in Mumbai.
Placements: More than 50% of the students were placed in the CS course. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA by HSBC. Average salary package offered is 3-4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are HSBC, Barclays, Microsoft, TCS, Infosys and Accenture. Accenture is the mass recruiter company. Around 40% of students go for internship from our college.
Infrastructure: There are two network labs with a capacity of 60 computer in each lab, and a few independent labs are available for students to work on their projects. Classrooms are big, with a capacity of 100 students per class. Wi-Fi facilities are provided so that students can work or research. Council fests, sports and cultural fest are conducted annually by students and college. Canteen facility is available outside the college.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and help students in the best possible manner. The course curriculum is smartly chosen to make student industry-ready. A subject called communication skills helps students to face aptitude and GD rounds of interview fearlessly.
Other: I have chosen this course to build my career as a web developer and also due to my interests in android app development. More extracurricular activities should be introduced to decrease the stress levels of students.

Review of Usha Mittal Institute of Technology ,Mumbai.
Placements: In our college, almost 80% of students were placed. The average salary package offered was 5 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 25 LPA. We had to score 70% in academic studies for placements. Top recruiting companies like M.G., Morgon, Google, Microsoft, TCS, etc., visited our campus.
Infrastructure: There were many different labs in the college. There were two huge libraries. All facilities were available. The hostel was available, but it was merit-based, so vacancy was very low. Wi-Fi was available throughout the campus. Medical facilities were available.
Faculty: Our teachers were helpful. They planned for industrial visits along with students. The semester exams were difficult. There were two unit tests each semester and then a final exam. The course curriculum was not that much different from Mumbai University.
Other: Our college organised many events.
