Virtual classes are gaining popularity these days because they can be attended from anywhere and anytime. Currently, the education system is on the verge of change and some people are finding it interesting whereas some are not finding it suitable because they think the kind of understanding which we get in offline classes, that can’t be achieved online education. Online classes will gain popularity among learners because of its flexibility and will be in demand from now onwards. The best teacher is provided for these online classes and students can firstly review the courses before start learning. Online classes will be gaining more popularity in the upcoming days.

Q: What will be the long-term impact of the current situation in the education sector?

A: The education sector is highly affected due to the current scenario. Schools and colleges around the country have closed due to this pandemic. The career of final year students is severely affected because at this time they would have their degrees in their hands and would be doing a job in some company. Due to this lockdown students will not be able to complete their degrees on time. When the colleges and school will reopen then authorities have to work a lot to complete the syllabus and to start the new semester thereafter.

Q: There has always been a talk of online classrooms. Colleges (even traditional ones) have been forced to adapt and adopt online methods of instruction. Do you think your college is likely to sustain this even after the lockdowns are lifted?

A: Many colleges are forced to adopt this method of teaching that is to take online classes. It provides the freedom for students to access the course from anywhere and at any time. The students are under less pressure when they attend online classes. Lovely Professional University will surely not adopt this method of learning because authorities and faculty member think that the quality education which student receives inside a classroom is not achievable in online classes. Also, moving to a completely new platform and providing online classes will be a matter of new task and problem which needs time to tackle. Students get a better understanding when they attend class, they can clear their doubts at a particular moment.

Many children who desired to get admission in colleges could not take admission now because maybe the exam will be withheld or will be postponed or the college will admit students based on class 12th marks due to which some students will suffer a lot.

At Lovely Professional University, you can take admission in BTech CSE through their own test called LPUNEST or based on your 12th marks.

JEE is not compulsory, but if you have a good JEE score, it can help you get admission and scholarship.
