Exam authorities will release the SRM application form 2021 in online and offline mode. Candidates can follow the below steps to fill the application forms:

1. How to register for SRMJEEE 2021: Candidates can start by registering them first for SRMJEEE. For this, candidates will need to provide their date of birth, name, email ID, phone number, and password of their choice. After the successful registration, they will receive a unique ID and password on their email ID and mobile number.

Note: Please fill the phone number and email ID correctly as it will be required later. 

2. Login on the official website: The next step is to fill the application form for SRMJEEE 2021. Once the candidates will receive the unique ID and password, they have to log in to complete the application process.
3. Filling details in the SRMJEEE application form: Please fill all the required details correctly. Aspirants need to enter their personal, academic and address details. 
4. Pay SRMJEEE application fee: Once the candidate has entered all the details correctly, the next step is to pay the application fee of SRMJEEE 2021 through online voucher code or e-payment. The cost of the SRMJEEE application fee is Rs 1,100. Once the fee payment is successfully done, candidates can download the SRMJEEE application form.
5. Upload scanned documents: Upload all the necessary documents along with a recent photograph and signature, etc.

Offline application form (Not Available)

• Candidates can submit the SRMJEEE 2021 application form in offline mode as well by making the registration fee payment through Demand Draft (DD). Candidates can also get the application form from the post offices of their nearby area. Registration amount is the same i.e. Rs 1100, in case of offline purchase. Candidates can also collect the form from the institute by paying the requisite application fee.

• Candidates after getting the SRM application form 2021, they can fill properly and send it to the address mention below with the required documents. It is a must that the OMR application form must reach the address by February 29, 2021. 

General Instructions to fill the offline application form

The application form should be filled by the candidate in his/her handwriting.

• Only the original application should be sent.
• The application form will be machine- processed. Hence take utmost care while writing with a black ink ball-point pen in the boxes wherever provided. Corresponding to the above, darken the alphabet/numeral/oval using only an HB pencil only.
• To change a marking, erase the darkened spot completely and make a fresh mark.
• Do not scribble, cut, tear or erase the application form. Do not put any stray pencil marks anywhere on the application form.
• Do not write, make any mark on / deface the Barcode.
• Candidate’s photograph, signature, and e-mail ID are to be machine-scanned. So, paste a recent, good-quality colour photograph of you against a light coloured background. Write your e-mail ID using only a black-ink ball-point pen.
• The application must be complete in all respects. An incomplete application or application filled in a language other than English will be rejected.
• Options, once filled in the application form, cannot be changed at a later stage.
• Candidates are advised to retain with them a photocopy of the filled-in application for future reference.

Information at different stages:

• Candidates can stay updated at every stage of the admission through SMS/e-mail by providing their correct mobile in the application form.
• Quote the application number in all correspondence for reference.

SRMJEEE 2021 Application Form Correction

Candidates can also correct the application form through the SRMJEEE application form 2021 correction window facility. They can avail of this facility online on the official website. Candidates can correct/change/edit/update the details in the SRMJEEE application form filled earlier.

Candidates who have provided wrong information in the SRMJEEE application will be rejected by the exam authorities and those candidates will not be getting the chance to correct their forms. So, it is very important to fill all the details carefully. Candidates will be allowed to use the correction window facility by logging into their account. For this, candidates will need their email ID and password to log in.

Steps to correct the SRMJEEE 2021 application form

• Visit the official portal, i.e. www.srmist.edu.in
• Navigate to the “SRMJEEE candidate login” tab
• Enter your application number, password, security pin
• Hit the “Login” button
• Correct the mistake (s) in SRMJEEE application form (If any)
• Finally, submit the form

FAQs regarding SRMJEE 2021 Application Form

Q.  What if computer turned off in between filling in the Application Form for SRMJEEE?

A. There is no problem. Data you fill in the form will be saved. You will be able to see the same by logging in next time.

Q.  If I get failed in SRMJEEE 2021, will I be eligible to attempt for the same next year?

A. Yes, you can apply next time provided you are eligible age-wise as per the eligibility criteria for SRMJEEE.

Q.  Once after submitting Application Form, can I change the course I registered for?

A. If payment is not made for the same then you can apply with another fresh application form. If payment has been made and it has been processed, nothing could be changed.

Q.  Can I apply for two or more courses?

A. Yes, you can apply for 2 courses but admission will be given only in one course. The application will have to be submitted separately for every course.

Q.  Can I deposit cash payment in any bank account of SRM University?

A. Such a facility is not provided by the SRM University. You can pay online through Net Banking, Credit Card and Debit Card or offline by sending DD to SRM University’s address.

Q.  If my application for SRMJEEE gets rejected, how would I know?

A. SRMJEEE 2021 application form will be rejected it is incomplete or the application fee has not been paid. No correspondence will be made to intimate students in this regard. This will be deemed as rejected. You can log in using your registered Login ID and Password to check the status and information about the SRMJEEE application form.

Q.  My result of Class 12 has not been declared as yet, can I apply for SRMJEEE?

A. Yes, you can apply but when the result is declared it should be as per the eligibility criteria otherwise admission will be cancelled and SRMJEEE result will not have any impact.

Q.  Are JEE and other Government engineering entrance exam marks considered for admission in SRM?

A. Top 1000 rankers in IIT JEE, Top rankers in Board Examinations and districts toppers in Tamil Nadu state are recommended to approach Directorate of Admission with valid proof.

Q.  I have obtained 70% marks in 12th in aggregate but in PCM I got 59%, am I eligible for SRMJEEE 2021?

A. Minimum marks required for meeting eligibility criteria is 60% in PCM compulsorily. There is no exemption. You are not eligible for SRMJEEE 2021.

Q.  In the third attempt, I obtained 80% marks in PCM in 12th class; am I eligible for SRMJEEE 2021?

A. No, as per the criteria of eligibility for SRMJEEE, you are not eligible. Maximum 2 attempts are allowed.
