Assam PAT Application Form 2025: Date, Documents Required, Apply Online at dte-assamadm.samarth.ac.in

Candidates will be able to access the Assam PAT application form 2025 online. The given steps can be followed to fill out and submit the application form of Assam PAT 2025 before the final date. Since the application process is over, the steps can be checked for reference purposes.

Step 1 - The Assam PAT application form link is available at dte.assam.gov.in.

Step 2 – The application form has to be filled out properly. Candidates will have to provide their personal, academic and contact details. It is mandatory to fill in all the fields and all of the details should be valid.

Step 3 – Candidates will have to upload their scanned photograph & signature and save the application form by clicking the "Submit" button.

Candidates are advised to keep their ‘scanned photograph’ and ‘scanned signature’ ready with them in the following format :

• Recently scanned photograph only in .jpg format (file size should not exceed 100 KB)
• Recently scanned signature only in .jpg format. (file size should not exceed 100 KB)

Step 4 – Once the application form is saved, a unique application number will be generated for the candidates which will be active throughout their admission process. Candidates will have to read the instructions carefully and click on "Next" to continue, the next step of the application process will take them to the Payment Portal of State Bank Collect.

Select Payment Category "PAT - 2025" and in the next step the candidates will be asked to enter:

   (i) Application number

   (ii) Name of Applicant

   (iii) Date of Birth

   (iv) Centre of Examination

   (v) Category

   (vi) Contact number

   (vii) Whether Differently-abled

   (viii) Belongs to Tea Garden/Ex.TGL Community

   (ix) Belongs to Moran Community

   (x) Belongs to Tai Ahom Community

   (xi) Belongs to Koch Rajbhongsi Community

   (xii) Belongs to Chutia Community

Step 5 - The fee has to be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card.

Application Fee - INR 300

Note:

• Candidates who have completed the above steps can check their status at any time by using the Applicant Login area.
• Payments made/received shall be reflected and updated in the applicant login after receiving payment confirmation from the Bank usually within 5-7 days.
• No Application (hard copy) needs to be physically submitted to the Directorate of Technical Education, Assam.

Registered candidates will be able to check their Assam PAT 2025 application form status at any time by logging in using the required credentials. The given steps can be followed to check the Assam PAT application form 2025.

• Go to dte.assam.gov.in.
• Click on 'Online Application for PAT 2025'.
• On the next page, the candidates will have to click on 'Applicant Login' situated in the top menu bar, and an applicant login screen will appear.
• Candidates will have to log in using their application number and date of birth.
• The application form status will be displayed on the screen.
