SMFWBEE 2025 Application Form (Released): Check Fees & How to Apply

The SMFWBEE registration process is organised in online mode. The application forms were made available at the official website of the exam conducting body. The Online Application form needs to be filled out thoroughly, and candidates need to pay the requisite application fee to complete the SMFWBEE registration process. Candidates are advised to thoroughly read the steps to apply for the exam before attempting an online application.

Applicants who want to appear in the exam are advised to check the SMFWBEE eligibility criteria 2025. Any person seeking admission to any one of the courses must fulfill the following
conditions:
[a] That he/she has passed the Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent examination recognized by any Indian University or a duly constituted Board with pass marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology individually.
[b] That he/she will attain the age of 17 years as of December 31 of the year in which the candidate is appearing for the exam.

Follow the simple quick and easy steps to fill out the SMFWBEE Application form:

Step 1. The online application forms were available online at www.smfwb.in / www.smfwb.examflix.in

Step 2. Candidates must provide a valid and working mobile number and a unique email ID because all communications were received from and sent through the registered mobile number and email ID.

Faculty was not responsible for the candidates' non-receipt of any communication if the mobile number and email ID are found to be wrong, non-existent, or changed.

Step 3. Once the application number is generated, candidates must create a unique password following the instructions provided at the application portal.

Step 4. Fill in important registration details such as name, father’s name, mother’s name, and date of birth. Once submitted, they cannot be changed/modified/edited under normal circumstances. The information must match exactly with the school admit cards, mark sheets, certificates, photo identity cards, caste/category certificates, etc. That will be verified at the time at the test center of the examination hall, during counseling, and admission by the respective institute.

Step 5. Upload a scanned copy of the colored photograph and signature of the specified dimensions.

Step 6. If you receive any SMS/email regarding a discrepancy in the photograph/signature uploaded by you, take corrective action immediately within one day.

It is important to pay the SMFWBEE Application fee to complete the application process. The SMFWBEE 2025 application fee was INR 500 (Rupees five hundred only).

Mode of Fee Payment: The Application Fees was to be paid in cashless mode by ‘Net Banking’/ ‘Debit Card’/ ‘Credit Card’. b) INR 100/- as Registration Fees for participating in Counseling to be paid by Net Banking’/ ‘Debit Card’/ ‘Credit Card’ only (No Challan Payment shall be accepted at this stage).

The Payment status was updated online and ‘Ok’ appeared on the screen after the payment was confirmed from the bank within the next 12-24 hours max. In case the payment was delayed due to the Bank’s network delay/failure or transaction failure at the Electronic Payment Gateway (EPG) and payment status does not show ‘OK’ after 48 hours after making the payment, then the candidates are advised to make payment again.

Once the application fee payment is confirmed, students are advised to print the Application form with complete details and keep copies of the confirmation page safe for future reference. In case of any further queries, candidates can approach

After filling out the application form, the next important step is to know about the exam pattern and syllabus. As per the SMFWBEE exam pattern, there were 100 questions in the exam of 1 mark each. There was no negative marking for evaluation. The question paper was in both Bengali and English language to ensure enhanced readability in the vernacular. It is an offline exam which is held only once annually to grant admission to paramedical courses.
