MTech is a two-year course divided into four semesters. SRM Institute of Technology Kattankulathur offers M.Tech in full-time mode in 27 specialisations and part-time in nine specialisations. Yes, students who have taken admission to the Amrita School of Engineering Coimbatore M.Tech programme are required to submit project reports. The M.Tech curriculum requires all students to submit a minor and a major project in the seventh and eighth semesters, respectively. The topic of the projects must be relevant to the chosen specialisation.
