The MP TET examination has 150 questions, each is for one mark. Candidates do not lose marks if they answer incorrectly. To be eligible, candidates must score at least 60% marks. The exam is divided into two papers.
The MP TET exam is conducted in offline mode as a pen-and-paper based test. Candidates need to mark their answers on the OMR sheet. The candidates need to fill the sheet carefully as no extra OMR sheet will not be given in the exam. However, the MP TET application process is complete online process. Nature & Standard of Questions in Primary School TET Paper
Have a look at a few important points on nature and level of questions asked in Paper 1 below:
- Child Development and Pedagogy section questions focus on the educational psychology and teaching methods for students of 6-11 years of age.
- Language-II is different from language-I. Candidates can choose Language-II from- Hindi/ English/ Urdu/ Sanskrit.
- Questions in Mathematics and Environmental Studies (EVS) test the candidate's clarity of concepts in these subjects, their problem-solving abilities and understanding of teaching methods.
