RBI Grade B Application Form 2025: Reserve Bank of India (RBI) released RBI Grade B 2025 application form on September 10, 2025. The application form was released after the RBI Grade B notification is published. The deadline to fill the application form of RBI Grade B exam is September 30, 2025. Any graduate candidate can apply for RBI Grade B exam. The application process comprises steps such as registration, uploading the scanned photograph and signature, filling the detailed application form, uploading the left thumb impression and handwritten declaration, paying the application fees and submitting the application. RBI Grade B Application Form 2024: Handwritten Declaration Text

Applicants need to upload RBI Grade B handwritten declaration while filling the application form. The text for RBI Grade B handwritten declaration is given below:

“I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”

Important Points Related to RBI Grade B Handwritten Declaration

  • In case the handwritten declaration is unclear, the candidate’s RBI application form will be rejected
  • In case the handwritten declaration is unclear, candidates may edit the application and re-upload the same
  • Set the scanner resolution to a minimum of 200 dpi (dots per inch) for scanning the handwritten declaration
  • Set color to true color
  • File size should be as specified
  • Crop the image in the scanner to the edge of the handwritten declaration, then use the upload editor to crop the image to the final size (as specified above).
  • The image file should be JPG or JPEG format
  • Candidates using MS Windows/MSOffice can easily obtain the handwritten declaration in .jpeg format by using MS Paint or MSOffice Picture Manager
  • The scanned handwritten declaration can be saved in .jpg format by using the ‘Save As’ option in the File menu
  • Size can be adjusted by using the crop and then resize option
