The campus life is peaceful.
Placements: Presently, I am in my second year, so I am not yet placed, but when I started my second year, our HOD informed us that almost 50 to 70 students who were entering for the year were placed, and they had good starting packages. The highest package went up to 40 LPA during that time.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not as great as that of the newly built college, as MSRIT has been around for many years, but the labs are well maintained. The classrooms are neat and clean. But as the rumour says, the campus is under construction every time, and some classrooms need maintenance.
Faculty: Most of the faculty in our branch is helpful and supportive. They encourage us to participate in various events taking place around the college campus, but some of them are less encouraging, and they also avoid the announcements of events during class hours.

MSRIT-College is innovative and makes you industry-ready.
Placements: Top roles are AI and ML engineer, and 80 percent are placed by the end of the placement season. The highest package is more than 50 LPA, and many students got an internship. Top recruitment companies include Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle and many other companies.
Infrastructure: Good infrastructure and hostel facilities. Decent mess food and timely preparation if asked, and the canteen is also good, all kinds of snacks are available. Good place to hang out during break. Wi-Fi is good in the hostel and college, too and good connectivity in labs and working labs.
Faculty: Faculty and curriculum are good according to what the course is about, but some subjects are not. Well, the exams are according to what is taught, and you can ace them if you study properly, and you have to learn yourself for being industry-ready and not everything is done by the course.

It has good placements and a nice infrastructure.
Placements: 75-80 percent of students get placed. The highest package is 60 LPA. The average package ranges from 10-12 LPA. In my cybersecurity branch, the average package offered is 14 LPA, as it has less intake. The major companies are JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Hewlett Packard, and Oracle.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available here. The speed is not good across the campus, but good in labs. There are a lot of labs and libraries with a lot of systems and proper internet in that area. There are at least 60-70 systems in labs. Digital libraries are also there. Sports ground and facilities are also there.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality is good. Semester exams are at a good level. The college does everything to make us industry-ready.
Other: I chose this course because it's unique and always relevant to CSE cybersecurity. It is the best option I have in Bangalore city. It has numerous coding and AI-related clubs. It also has a lot of personality development clubs.

Overall, a good experience.
Placements: The placements in the college are just above average. Around 10 LPA for CSE and about 7 LPA-8 LPA for other branches packages are offered, though the placement percentage is around 95 percent for CSE and 80 percent around for other branches. Major students got internships here. Around 90 percent of students got internships in companies like Samsung, De Shaw, etc.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is a bit old compared to BMSCE and other colleges. Although the labs are fine, but the classrooms, etc., are a bit old and there are no digital classrooms. The Wi-Fi is provided to every student, but the speed is very low. The sports facilities are also a bit average. The mess and canteen are good.
Faculty: Faculty in colleges is good. Talking about the 1st year, they are helpful. Also, they take doubts in Hindi if someone does not understand. They provide you with material to ace exams. The semester exams are at a pretty good level. The pass percentage is around 85 percent, and the maximum is good marks.
Other: I had an interest in CSE, got cybersecurity as per my rank and cutoff of COMEDK.

Satisfied with the teaching of the college, as it's average to good.
Placements: Core companies like Texas Instruments, Samsung Semiconductor, Schneider, and many more have come for placements, and they are regular as far as I know. According to placement data, 80-85 were placed in 2025, and the process is still going on. Roles like embedded systems engineer and VLSI roles are also offered by some companies. But CSE-related companies are more here, and most of the ECE students who get placements get them in IT roles. Apart from that, the clubs here are in abundance and active, too, as far as I know.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is good, but it feels like more school than college. Labs are well-maintained. College is hygienic and clean. Modern labs are also there. Hostels are mid, it's affordable too, it mainly depends on the money you can get, an Rs. 80,000 hostel or a 1.3 lacs hostel. The facilities are different, with an overall average.
Faculty: Curriculum is good and up-to-date and relevant. Teachers are good. Some are good, and some are average, like in every other college. Exams have average to high-level of difficulty, but you will be able to pass. The percentage is approximatly 80% for a class, but most students pass the exam.

Placements and faculty are good, but few extracurricular activities.
Placements: Almost 95 percent of students get placed here in companies with average CTC of 9LPA. MSRIT has strong placements with many top companies visiting the campus. Students receive good training in aptitude and interviews. CSE, ISE, and ECE SEE high packages, while other branches also get solid opportunities. Overall, placement support is reliable.
Infrastructure: MSRIT offers a well maintained campus with modern classrooms, advanced labs, and strong Wi-Fi coverage. The library is spacious and resource rich. Sports facilities and common areas are clean and organized, creating a productive academic environment.
Faculty: The faculty at MSRIT is knowledgeable and approachable with many professors having strong industry and research backgrounds. They explain concepts clearly and support students through projects and doubt sessions ensuring solid academic guidance and mentorship.
