DU LLB Entrance Exam 2017 Application Process
DU LLB entrance exam is conducted by Delhi University to provide admission to eligible applicants in the law programmes offered at the Faculty of Law. A total of three colleges in Delhi University’s Faculty of Law accept DU LLB exam scores for admissions. These colleges are - Campus Law Centre, Law Centre I, and Law Centre II.
For the upcoming academic session, DU LLB entrance exam dates are not out yet.
All interested and eligible candidates can apply for the DU LLB entrance exam in the online mode once applications are out. The complete online application process for DU LLB entrance exam 2017 is given below.
Step 1: Register Online
All candidates seeking admission in the LLB/ LLM course at Delhi University first need to register themselves on Delhi University’s PG admission portal. For this, candidates need to click on the “Register Here” button present on the Home page of the DU PG admission portal. On clicking the button, a new page will open wherein candidates need to put in details such as their:
• Name
• Date of Birth
• Gender
• Mobile number
• Category (General/ SC/ ST/ OBC/ PwD/ PwD+OBC/ PwD+ST/ PwD+SC/ CW/ CW+OBC/ CW+SC/ CW+ST)
• Nationality
• Name of university last attended
• Guardian’s name
• Email ID
• Password: It should be of minimum six characters. Also, the password should not match the candidate’s email account password.
After filling all these details, candidates need to verify that all information provided is true and click on the checkbox “Yes”.
Next, click on “Register”. On clicking this button, a verification email will be sent on candidates’ registered email IDs. The verification email will contain a confirmation link. Once you click on this link your online registration process will be complete.
Step 2: Upload Necessary Documents
In Step 2, candidates need to log on to the PG admission portal using their registered email ID and password created in Step 1. After logging in, candidates will be asked to upload the below mentioned documents:
• Photograph: Candidates need to upload their passport size photograph as per the following specifications:
Format: JPG/ JPEG/ PNG
Maximum Size: 50kb
• Signature: This requires candidates to upload their scanned signature. Format of the signature file should be JPG/ JPEG/ PNG and maximum size of the file should be 50kb.
• ID proof: Here, candidates need to upload a self-attested copy of their ID proof. Format and maximum size of the file should be JPG/ JPEG/ PNG and 50kb, respectively. Note that candidates can present any one of the following documents as ID proof: Aadhar Card/ Driving License/ Passport/ PAN card/ College Identity Card/ Voter’s Identity Card.
• Standard X certificate: Candidates need to upload a self-attested copy of Standard X certificate. Specifications are:
Format: JPG/ JPEG/ PNG/ PDF
Maximum Size: 100kb
• Caste certificate: This requires candidates to upload a self-attested copy of Caste certificate, if applicable. Format of the file should be JPG/ JPEG/ PNG/ PDF and maximum size of the file should be 100kb.
Once all uploads are done, candidates need to click on the “Submit My Profile” button.
Step 3: Fill the Registration Form
On clicking the “Submit My Profile” button, candidates will be redirected to a new page containing the “Apply in New Course” icon. On clicking the icon, the online registration form will open on the screen. Details to be filled in the form include:
• Course for which candidates are applying
• Education details: This includes details such as name of the university/ board and percentage scored in Standard X, XII, and graduation.
• Admission criteria: Here, candidates need to select the admission criteria option (“Entrance based”/ “Merit based”/ “Both Entrance and Merit based”) applicable to them.
Note: “Merit based” criteria is only applicable for Delhi University students. For “Entrance based” and “Both Entrance and Merit based” options candidates need to select the city preference for giving the entrance exam from the list of test cities mentioned on the form.
• ID proof number: Candidates need to provide the number mentioned on their identity proof cards like: Aadhar Card/ Driving License/ Passport/ PAN card/ College Identity Card/ Voter’s Identity Card.
Once all details in the form are filled, candidates need to click the “Save Application” button. After ensuring that all details filled in the form are correct, candidates need to click the “Pay Fee” button present on the page. Once the application fee is successfully paid electronically, candidate’s application process for DU LLB entrance exam 2017 will be complete.

Yes, DU admission 2026 is now open for several programmes. The university is now in the middle of conducting its admission process for UG & PG programmes. Students can check the Delhi University's official site to know about the CSAS dates.

To get admission in Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies, students have to meet the eligibiliity and appear for CUET UG. Admissions to all UG courses of the college are given through CUET only. Students have to then appear for the CSAS counselling process. Selected students have to report at

No, students can not get direct admission in Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies without CUET. The college accepts students for its UG programmes through CUET + CSAS process only. However, for the PG Diploma programme, students are offered merit-based seats and do not require any entrance.

DU admission forms 2026 are now out for PG programmes. The last date is Jun 7, 2026. Students can check the official site of the Delhi University and apply online. CUET UG exam is still underway. Delhi University UG admission 2026 will start after CUET results are out and CSAS portal opens.

Yes, of course! You are eligible to be admitted to Delhi University via CUET despite gettng a re-test in either of your class exams as you have an option to appear for you compartment exam. Reappearing for a subject will not affect your eligibility criteria for CUET.

No, Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies does not accept offline applications. The college solely accepts applications through CUET UG followed by CSAS portal only. Students have to apply at the official sites of the same.
