IIM Trichy final placements 2021-2023 for the flagship programmes – PGPM and PGPM-Human Resources recorded 99 per cent placement. The highest CTC stood at INR 41.61 lakh per annum and the average CTC stood at INR 20.55 lakh per annum.
A total of 172 industry associations made 266 offers for PGPM in Sales & Marketing, Finance, Consulting, IT & Analytics, Operations, and 24 offers for PGPM-HR. Domain-wise, the highest CTC of INR 41.61 lakh per annum, was made IT & Analytics, followed by Operations with highest offer of INR 36.00 lakh per annum.
In PGP HR, the highest CTC offer stood at INR 22.00 lakh per annum and average CTC stood at INR 15.82 lakh per annum. The key roles offered in the IIM Trichy placements process 2023 to PGPM-HR graduates included HR Consultant, HRT Analyst, Management Trainee, HR, Recruitment Manager, Associate-Talent Engagement, Associate – L&D, Associate - Organization Development and People Operations.
