TISS MBA Admission 2026 Criteria for MA in HRM and Labour Studies

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of 3 or 4 years duration (under 10+2+3, 10+2+4, or equivalent patterns) from a UGC-recognised university.
• Applicants in a 3-year degree must have cleared semesters 1–4; in a 4-year degree, semesters 1–6.
• Provisional admission until submission of the final degree certificate and mark sheet.
• Admission may be cancelled if any information is found to be false or misleading.

TISS MBA Admission 2026 Criteria for MA in Organisation Development, Change and Leadership (Self-Financed)

• Same academic qualifications as for HRM and Labour Studies.
• Minimum 2 years (24 months) of full-time work experience post-graduation (as of May 1, 2025).
• Required documents:
  • Official work experience certificate
  • Pay slips, appointment & relieving letters
  • For entrepreneurs/family business: GST registration, business account statements, and company registration
• The institute will assess the relevance of work experience.

• Bachelor’s degree (3-year) in any discipline, OR
• 4-year degrees in medicine, paramedical sciences, pharmacy, veterinary sciences, engineering, or law
• Candidates must have completed all final-year requirements, including exams and internships.
