UPESMET 2020 Conducted on September 4

UPESMET or UPES Management Entrance Test for the admission to the MBA programmes at UPES Dehradun is underway. The 11th phase of UPESMET 2020 has been conducted on September 4. The application window was open from August 31 to September 2. UPESMET 2020 is conducted in online remote proctored mode wherein candidates take the test from their home or any other private location. The window of taking the test is between 10 am and 2 pm.

Unlike other MBA entrance exams, UPES Dehradun does not release admit card. Once the candidates apply for the exam successfully, they are sent a confirmation email which carries the detailed test-taking procedure and other guidelines.

How to Take UPESMET 2020

Candidates have to log in to the UPESMET 2020 exam portal with the credentials they received after applying for the exam. After successfully signing in to the system, they will be able to view the question paper. They have to complete the paper within 2.5 hours or 150 minutes. There is no sectional time limit or specific order to be maintained while taking the test.

The questions are of multiple-choice objective type. Each question carries four options, out of which the candidates have to choose one correct option. Each question carries one mark and there is no negative marking scheme for wrong answers or for not attempting questions. The previous phase of the exam was held on August 28.

No, candidates cannot get direct admissions in the UPES Dehradun MBA courses. Admissions to all BBA courses are based on entrance exam scores either obtained in UPESMET or national/state level MBA exams.
