IBSAT Registration 2026: Application Form Dates, Fees & How to Apply @admissions.ibsindia.org

IBSAT 2026 application process last date will be updated on release of official notification. As per the ICFAI Business School official notification, the registrations will end in third week of December 2026. Candidates can fill the IBSAT registration form in online and offline modes. The registration process will commence on July 1 at general.ibsindia.org.

Candidates must enter their personal details to create login credentials and fill the application form. For successful registration, candidates must ensure to pay the IBSAT application fee of INR 1800. Candidates who registered successfully, along with the payment of the application fee, will be able to book an exam slot and download the admit card online.

Yes, candidates having valid score in CAT/NMAT/XAT/SNAP/MAT or any other national or state level examination will have to fill the IBSAT application form. Candidates having score in any of the above mentioned exams can skip taking IBSAT exam. Score from 2023 onwards will be applicable or admission to MBA/PGDM programmes of IBS.

Once candidate who will successfully sbmit IBSAT application form 2026 and pay application fee, he/she will receive confirmation mail containing IBSAT login details on their registered email address. Candidates who will apply for IBSAT 2026 must note login details for future logins. The details will be required to book IBSAT 2026 exam slot, download admit card, access online test, download scorecard and so forth.

Candidates desiring to take admission to the MBA/PGDM programme of IBS campuses must fill the IBSAT application form compulsorily. Candidates having a valid scores in CAT/XAT/CMAT or any other state-level examination will be exempted from taking the IBSAT exam. While filling the IBSAT application form candidates must enter their personal details and academic details. If the candidate has appeared for any of the MBA entrance examinations, he/she must enter the score obtained to get exempted from appearing in the IBSAT exam. However, if a candidate does not have CAT score, he/she can skip entering the CAT score and proceed to the next step. Such candidates will have to appear for the IBSAT exam when scheduled. IBSAT 2024 exam will be held tentatively in last week of December 2024. The exam is conducted in remote proctored mode. Candidates will be able to take the exam from their own laptops/desktops.

IBSAT 2026 slot booking window is open. Only registered candidates can book exam slot following below steps:

1. Visit official website of IBS and login
2. Click on tab ‘Schedule IBSAT’
3. Click on tab ‘Book a seat’
4. Enter the following details:
   • Test name
   • City
   • Date
   • Test centre name
   • Test centre address
5. Select suitable exam timing
6. Candidates will be given 1 minute to confirm
7. Screen will now display candidate and examination details.
8. Download IBSAT admit card.

• Completing the application form with academic records, photograph, signature, and test scores (CAT/GMAT/XAT/NMAT).

• Downloading the admit card for the IBSAT exam.

• Checking IBSAT results and downloading the scorecard.

Yes, Candidates can fill the IBSAT application form in offline mode also. The application forms was released on July 01. To fill the IBSAT application form in offline mode, candidates can refer to the steps mentioned below:

IBSAT registration will commence on July 1. Candidates will be able to fill the application form till third week of December 2026. The slot booking window will be open in October 2026. Registered candidates will be able to download their IBSAT admit card soon after booking the exam slot online. To download the admit card, candidates must ensure they have completed the IBSAT application form and paid the application fee. Candidates can choose the preferable exam slot from the exam dates provided. The exam will be conducted in remote proctored mode. The exam can be taken from any location with own laptop/desktop. Candidates must appear for the exam in the given exam timing. No request for change in exam slot will be entertained once the admit card is issued.

Candidates can save and change the information in the IBSAT application form before the payment of the application form. Once the application form is submitted candidates will not be able to edit or change the personal information. There will be no provision for an application form correction window. Candidates are advised to enter the details carefully while filling the application form. Candidates must note that they can enter their CAT or relevant MBA entrance exam scores after submitting the application form. 

IBSAT 2026 registrations will commence on July 01, 2026. The last date of registration for IBSAT 2026 will be notified. Only candidates who completed the IBSAT registration form along with the payment of the application fee will be able to appear for the exam.

IBS will begin the IBSAT 2025 slot booking in first week of October 2025. Registered candidates will be able to book the exam slot and download the online IBSAT admit card once the window is open. IBSAT 2025 registration will end tentatively in third week of December 2025.

IBSAT is conducted once in a year. IBS usually conducts IBSAT in last week of December annually. The registrations for IBSAT commence in first week of July and ends in third week of December. Registered candidates get the opprtunity to book the exam slot and time to appear for the IBSAT exam. IBS conducts the IBSAT exam in remote proctored mode every year.

IBSAT eligibility criteria refers to the minimum qualifications required to appear for the exam. Candidates must ensure to fulfill the prescribed criteria to appear for the IBSAT exam. • Passed a graduate degree of minimum of three-year or four-year duration from any recognised institute or university i.e. completion of formal education under 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern.
• Obtained at least 50% marks in their bachelor's degree examination (final year).
• Candidates in the final year of their graduation degree are also eligible for the IBSAT exam, however, they must complete their graduation (all exams practical as well as theory papers) on or before May 31, 2026. Admission status of such candidates will be provisional until and unless they submit their Bachelor degree mark sheets to prove their eligibility for IBSAT 2026.

ICFAI Business School will release the IBSAT 2026 notification at general.ibsindia.org. Candidates seeking admission to MBA/PGDM programme of IBS must fill the online application form.
