IBSAT 2025 Exam Dates (Announced): Check Registration, Admit Card, & Result Dates Here

IBSAT 2025 exam dates will be announced on July 01, 2025. Candidates seeking admission to MBA/PGDM programme for academic year 2025-26 can check the complete schedule in first week July 2025. IBSAT slot booking will commence tentatively in October 2025. Candidates who will register for IBSAT 2025 can slot the exam as per their preferred time and date. IBSAT 2025 exam will be conducted in a two days winodw in online proctored mode. IBSAT 2025 will be held tentatively in last week of December. Step 1- Visit the official website of ICFAI Business School

Step 2- Click on the tab 'IBSAT Login' and click on ‘Book a seat’ tab

Step 3- Enter the following details:

• Test name
• City
• Date
• Test centre name
• Test centre address

Step 4- Select the suitable IBSAT exam timing and click on the tab ‘Book’

Step 5- Candidates will be given one minute to confirm the timing of the IBSAT examination.

Step 6- Screen will now display the candidate and examination details.

Step 7- Download the IBSAT admit card.

IBSAT 2025 Registrations: The online registration process of IBSAT 2025 will commence tentatively on July 01, 2025. Interested candidates will be able to register online for IBSAT 2025 to participate in exam. The last date for IBSAT registrations is expected to be in last week of December 2025.

IBSAT 2025 Hall Ticket: The admit card for IBSAT 2025 will be released online on the official website of ICFAI Business School. The admit card is available soon after slot booking. Only registered candidates will be able to download IBSAT 2023 admit cards till the date of examination. IBSAT admit card will be available in online mode only.

IBSAT 2025 Exam: The IBSAT 2025 exam will be conducted in last week of December 2025. The exam will be a computer-based test mode.

IBSAT 2025 Results: The result of the IBSAT 2025 exam will be announced tentatively in last week of December 2025 on the official website. Candidates will be able to check their IBSAT result and download scorecards using their login credentials.

IBSAT 2025 selection rounds will be conducted from second week of February 2026 at IBS Hyderabad. Candidates will be shortlisted for the IBSAT selection rounds based on their IBSAT, CAT, XAT, GMAT scores. 

IBSAT selection rounds will consist of two rounds- micro presentation and personal interview rounds. The final selection will be based on candidate's performance in past academics and selection rounds. Candidates must ensure to report at alloted exam centre on given date and time.

The IBSAT exam (ICFAI Business School Aptitude Test), is conducted in an Computer-Based online mode. It is a computer-based test (CBT) wherein candidates are required to take the exam on a computer/laptop from their own homes. The exam is proctored remotely to ensure fairness and prevent any malpractice. During the IBSAT exam, aspirants are provided with a computer interface that allows them to answer MCQs within a specified time limit. IBSAT exam typically consists of sections covering Quantitative Aptitude verbal ability, data adequacy and interpretation, and reading comprehension. IBSAT exam is conducted for a duration of 120 minutes in which candidates have to attempt 140 questions of one mark each.

IBSAT 2025 results will be announced soon after the exam is conducted. The ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education will conduct the IBSAT 2025 exam on December 27 and 28, 2025. Candidates who will appear for the exam will be able to check their IBSAT result online by entering their login credentials. Candidates will be required to enter their IBSAT application number and date of birth to access the IBSAT scorecard. The IBSAT result mentions the candidate's details, section-wise score and overall scores obtained. Candidates must carefully review the details listed on the scorecard. Candidates must take a printout of the IBSAT scorecard soon after its release. No physical copy of the IBSAT scorecard will be issued separately to the candidates. 

IBSAT registration has commenced on July 1. Candidates can fill the application form till third week of December 2024. The slot booking window will be open in October 2025. Registered candidates will be able to download their IBSAT admit card soon after booking the exam slot online. To download the admit card candidates must ensure to have completed the IBSAT application form along with the payment of the application fee. Candidates can choose the preferable exam slot from the exam dates provided. The exam will be conducted in remote proctored mode. The exam can be taken from any location with own laptop/desktop. Candidates must appear for the exam in the given exam timing. No request for change in exam slot will be entertained once the admit card is issued. 

IBSAT 2025 application process last date has been updated. As per the ICFAI Business School official notification, the registrations will end on December 19, 2025. Candidates can fill the IBSAT registration form in online and offline modes. The registration process commenced on July 1 at general.ibsindia.org.

Candidates must enter their personal details to create login credentials and fill the application form. For successful registration, candidates must ensure to pay the IBSAT application fee of INR 1800. Candidates who registered successfully, along with the payment of the application fee, will be able to book an exam slot and download the admit card online.

IBSAT 2024 selection process result will be announced anytime soon at ibsindia.org. Candidates can know their qualifying status. IBS will calculate the final scores and shortlist candidates for admission to MBA/PGDM progarmme of IBS India. MBA/PGDM courses are offered by nine IBS campuses.

IBSAT 2025 will be held on December 27 and December 28. IBSAT is an online aptitude test conducted by ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education for admission to MBA/PGPM programmes offered by IBS campuses. IBSAT will be a computer-based test conducted for two hours. IBSAT exam is conducted to assess candidates in quantitative techniques, data adequacy, data interpretation, reading comprehension and analytical reasoning. The IBSAT question paper will include 140 multiple-choice questions of one mark each. There will be no negative marking for any incorrect answers or unattempted questions. Candidates having scores in GMAT/NMAT by GMAC/XAT/CAT (from 2023 onwards) will be exempted from taking IBSAT 2025 exam.

Only candidates who will fill the complete application form along with the payment of the application fee will be issued the IBSAT admit card. 

IBSAT is conducted once in a year. IBS usually conducts IBSAT in last week of December annually. The registrations for IBSAT commence in first week of July and ends in third week of December. Registered candidates get the opprtunity to book the exam slot and time to appear for the IBSAT exam. IBS conducts the IBSAT exam in remote proctored mode every year.

IBSAT 2025 admit card is available for downloading soon after booking the exam slot. Candidates who will register for the IBSAT exam can download the admit card. The IBSAT 2025 admit card will be available for download till the date of examination. Candidates must ensure to preserve the IBSAT admit card for the complete admission process. Candidates will not be able to download the IBSAT admit card soon after the exam is concluded. The IBSAT admit card is an important document required for the verification process on exam day. Candidates will not be permitted to take the exam without IBSAT admit card.
