KMAT 2025 accepting colleges or KMAT participating institutes are the top MBA colleges that accept KMAT Karnataka scores for 2025-27 admissions. KMAT exam is conducted by the Karnataka Post Graduate Private Colleges' Association (KPPGCA) for admission to postgraduate courses such as MBA, PGDM and MCA. The KMAT exam was conducted on September 7, 2025, in the home-based remote online proctored mode. The KMAT results was announced on September 23, 2025. The KMAT exam is conducted in about 13 exam centres across Karnataka, however, this year the exam is being conducted only in the remote proctored mode. KMAT exam scores are accepted in over 170 top B-Schools in the state of Karnataka.

KMAT Counselling 2025 Procedure
Following is the KMAT 2025 counselling procedure:
- A merit list is prepared by each participating institute after the KMAT results are declared. Candidates are shortlisted according to the cutoff released by each institute. This merit list consists of the names of the students who have matched the cutoff criteria and are selected for the further selection process which includes the GD/PI round.

The KMAT counselling is conducted in online as well as offline mode. Candidates who have qualified for KMAT exam must register themselves online through the official website. However, the Personal Interview WAT/GD and document verification round under the counselling process is held offline at the designated helpline centres. As per the information on the web, the closing rank for GM category in 2025 was 11442 in round 3. So, yes candidate can pursue MCA from NIE Mysore. The chances may be low, because the priority is given to candidate with higher ranks.

Kerala KMAT I a medium difficulty level exam. The test is designed in such a way that candidates are tested on the English, Reasoning, Quantitative and GK knowledge. 3-4 months of preparation is enough to crack this exam.
