How to Select TANCET Exam Centre?
Candidates must follow the steps below to select their choice of TANCET test centre:
- After TANCET 2026 registration, candidates will be provided with a unique TANCET key
- Using login credentials and TANCET key, candidates can fill TANCET application form
- In the Examination Details field, candidates will be asked to select the choice of the examination i.e. between MBA, MCA or MTech/M.Arch/M.E/MPlan and then to select one out of the 15 test cities
- After selecting the test city, candidates can proceed to upload the photograph section
Note: Candidates should be careful while selecting TANCET exam centre city as any request for change of the same after form submission will not be entertained.

Candidates appearing for TANCET 2026 are advised to go through the exam day guidelines carefully.
- Reach the TANCET exam centre at least an hour ahead of the reporting time
- Carry a TANCET hall ticket along with a valid identity proof
- Do not carry electronic devices to the examination hall
- Refrain from carrying any item that may be in violation of examination rules

Documents to be carried along with TANCET Admit Card
Candidates are required to carry a valid photo ID proof along with a TANCET admit card. These should be a Government or officially issued photo identity card for verification purposes. The list of documents that can be carried is as follows:
- Aadhar card
- Voter ID

- College/University ID
- Driver's license
- Or any other identity proof issued by the Government of India
Test takers will need to carry the original photo ID card and admit card at the centre. Photocopy or digital copy will not be accepted.

The following items will not be allowed to carry inside the exam centre of TANCET 2026:

- Stationery items
Given the pandemic situation, candidates will be allowed to carry their personal water bottle and hand sanitiser bottle (50 ml). Also, they need to keep wearing a mask throughout the duration spent at the TANCET test centre.
