AIAPGET 2026 Expected Cutoff: Check Trend Based Cutoff for Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Siddha and Unani

The AIAPGET 2026 exam is being conducted today. Candidates across Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Siddha and Unani streams want to know the AIAPGET 2026 expected cutoff. The All India AYUSH Postgraduate Entrance Test is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). NTA conducts it on behalf of the Ministry of AYUSH. Its cutoff decides who moves ahead to AACCC and state counselling. NTA releases the official AIAPGET 2026 cutoff only after the result. So this guide builds an expected cutoff range from the actual 2024 and 2025 qualifying marks. It also covers the percentile system NTA uses for each category. It lists the factors that typically move the cutoff from one year to the next. These include candidate turnout, seat availability and paper difficulty. Use the trend tables below as a working reference. They are not a confirmed figure. Candidates can also check the AIAPGET Syllabus to plan preparation alongside this cutoff analysis.

AIAPGET Cutoff : How It Works

NTA sets a qualifying percentile for each category. It does not set a fixed mark directly. This percentile usually stays the same every year. But the actual marks that meet it shift with paper difficulty and candidate turnout.

Category

Qualifying Percentile

General/EWS

50th

OBC

40th

SC

40th

ST

40th

UR/EWS-PwD

45th

OBC-PwD

40th

A percentile is not the same as marks scored. NTA converts each percentile into an actual mark range for every stream. It does this once the result is compiled. This is why the General/EWS range in Ayurveda differs from the range in Unani. Both streams use the 50th percentile, but the marks differ. Candidates can track their own performance once the AIAPGET Result is declared.

Factors That May Influence AIAPGET 2026 Cutoff

Several factors decide where the AIAPGET 2026 cutoff eventually settles. These go beyond the fixed qualifying percentile.

  • Total number of candidates appearing for each stream this year.

  • Difficulty level of the AIAPGET 2026 question paper.

  • Number of PG seats open across Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Siddha and Unani colleges.

  • Overall performance trend compared with AIAPGET 2025.

  • Category-wise reservation and the number of PwD applicants.

AIAPGET 2026 Expected Cutoff Range: Stream-wise

NTA has not released any cutoff for AIAPGET 2026 yet. The exam itself is scheduled for 22 August 2026. Based on the two-year trend above, Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani cutoffs moved lower between 2024 and 2025. Homeopathy moved slightly higher. If this pattern holds, General/EWS candidates can treat the 2025 mark range for their stream as a working reference point. This is not a confirmed figure.
