OJEE admit card 2024 will be available from April 30, 2024, only for the registered candidates. Candidates appearing for the exam should download their OJEE admit card at least two days before the exam. The OJEE exam will be conducted from May 6, 2024, to May 10, 2024. OJEE 2024 will be conducted in the computer-based test mode across as many as 39 test centres in the country.

If the students face technical difficulties while downloading the OJEE admit card, then they must ensure that they have carefully filled in the application number and date of birth and that it matches the one in the OJEE application form 2024. Candidates can use the date of birth in the DDMMYYYY or MMDDYYYY format to log in and download the admit card. 

OJEE exam admit card is a mandatory document which is to be carried to the exam centre. Students will not be allowed to enter the exam centre if they do not have the admit card. Q:   When will OJEE admit card release?

A:

The OJEE admit card will release on April 30, 2024.  The students will be able to download the OJEE admit card using their user ID and password from the official website of OJEE. Here is a brief guide on how to download the OJEE admit card:

  • Visit the official website of OJEE.
  • Click on the link ‘Download Admit Card – OJEE 2023'.
  • Login using the login credentials, i.e. Application number and date of birth.
  • Click on the 'Download admit card' button and the same will appear on the screen.

  • Download the OJEE admit card and take a printout of the same
 

Q:   Which details will be mentioned on the OJEE admit card?

A:

The admit card of OJEE will mention the following details:

  • Name of the candidate

  • Father's name

  • Address of the candidate

  • Date of birth and gender

  • Roll Number and Application Number

  • Course appearing
  • Exam date and time

  • Shift and time of the exam

  • Reporting time at the exam centre
  • Name and address of the test centre 

  • Exam day instructions

The test takers are advised to take two printouts of the OJEE admit card and preserve at least one copy of the same till the end of the admission process. Institutes may seek a copy of admit card at the time of admission. The test takers must also carry a valid photo ID proof to the exam hall. The OJEE admit card is one of the most important documents which is to be carried to the exam hall. The OJEE admit card will be treated as the entry ticket to the centre.  To ensure that a candidate doesn't use proxy candidate for taking the exam, admit card and original photo ID is checked at the exam centre. 

 

Q:   Who is eligible to download the OJEE admit card?

A:

The candidates who have successfully registered for the OJEE exam by filling the OJEE application form and paying the complete OJEE appliation fee before the deadline are eligibile to download the OJEE admit card. 

If the candidate has not paid the application fee, then they will not be eligible to download the OJEE admit card. Hence, the candidate must have completed the entire OJEE application process in order to download the admit card. 

The candidates must note, that the OJEE admit card will have correct details only if they have filled the application form with correct and true information. If there is a discrepancy in the admit card, students should immediately contact the examination authorities.

  1. Visit the official website of OJEE

  2. Click on the link ‘ADMIT CARD OJEE 2024’ on the homepage

  3. Then, the candidate needs to enter the application number and date of birth and log in. The date of birth can be used in DDMMYYYY or MMDDYYYY format

  4. Click on the 'Download admit card' button and the same will appear on the screen

Q:   If I forget to carry my OJEE admit card to the exam centre, can I show a digital copy?

A:
No, candidates have to carry a coloured printout of the OJEE admit card to the exam centre to get an entry. OJEE admit card is a mandatory document which is to be carried to the exam centre along with a recent coloured passport size photograph affixed to it. The photograph should match the one uploaded in the OJEE application form.
 

Q:   Will I receive a hard copy of the OJEE admit card 2023 by post?

A:
OJEE admit cards will be available online which the candidates can download. Students can use their login credentials I. e. username and password for the OJEE admit card download. Q:   Is OJEE admit card vaild without a photograph?

A:

No, candidates must paste a recent passport size photograph on the OJEE admit card to make it valid. The candidate's photograph affixed to the OJEE hall ticket must match the photograph uploaded in the OJEE application form. Candidates must paste a coloured photograph on the OJEE admit card.

 

Q:   What is the reporting time to OJEE exam centre? Can I leave early if I complete the exam early?

A:

Candidates appearing for the OJEE exam must download the OJEE admit card in order to know their exam centre details. The OJEE admit card will mention details such as name, application number, exam date, time, venue details, etc. The OJEE exam will likely be conducted in three slots and the candidates must ensure to reach the OJEE exam venue at least an hour before the exam begins. 

Candidates will be allowed to leave the exam centre only once the exam is over. They will not be allowed to leave the examination centre early.

Follow the steps mentioned below to know how to download the Special/2nd OJEE admit card:

  • Visit the official website of OJEE
  • Click on the 'Download ADMIT CARD for 2nd / Special OJEE' link
  • Fill in the asked details i.e. Application Number and Date of Birth in the DDMMYYYY format
  • Click the login button
  • The 2nd/Special OJEE Admit card will appear on the screen

OJEE 2024 Admit Card Instructions

Candidates must follow the instructions mentioned below when downloading the OJEE admit card:

  • Candidates should carefully cross-check the details mentioned on the OJEE admit card before downloading it.

  • Candidates need to carry one photo ID proof along with the admit card on the exam day. The photo ID can be any one of the following - Voter ID, Aadhar Card/Enrolment Number with Photo, Ration Card, Driving License, PAN Card and Passport.

  • Candidates belonging to the PWD category are also required to carry a PWD certificate along with the admit card.

  • Candidates must carry a passport-size photograph matching the one pasted on the confirmation slip/ application form.
  • Candidates must go through instructions related to the exam centre as mentioned on the OJEE admit card 2024 before appearing for the exam.

  • Candidates should carry black/blue point pen with them for rough work purposes.

  • OJEE admit card should be signed by candidates in front of the Invigilator only.

  • Candidates will have to carry two copies of the OJEE admit card and keep one copy of the admit card with them after the Invigilator has signed and verified it. They should preserve it even after the admission process has been completed.

  • Candidates must fill out the declaration form after downloading the OJEE admit card with the correct information. Candidates also need to paste a passport-size photograph and put a left-thumb impression at the proper place provided. The parent of the candidate also needs to sign the declaration form. Candidates must not sign the form before the exam.

A:
No, the OJEE admit card is the same for all courses. The course will be mentioned on the OJEE admit card for which the candidate is taking the OJEE exam. The OJEE admit card will also have test centre details, exam date, shift timings and exam day instructions.
 

Q:   If the OJEE admit card is lost, can I get a duplicate admit card? Do I need to preserve my OJEE admit card after the exam as well?

A:
The OJEE admit cards will be available to download from the official website. Candidates can download the OJEE admit card multiple times but before downloading the admit card, candidates must make sure that there are no errors in the hall ticket. Once downloaded, candidates should take two or three coloured print outs of the OJEE hall ticket. Also, they must keep the admit card till the admission process is complete as they may be asked to present the OJEE admit card at the time of admission.
 

Q:   Do I have to carry any other document except OJEE admit card?

A:
Yes, candidates need to carry two coloured copies of the OJEE admit card and one photo ID proof issued by the government of India to the exam centre. Students belonging to the PWD category are required to carry the PWD Certificate along with the Odisha Joint Entrance Exam admit card.
 

OJEE 2024 Exam Day Instructions

Candidates need to follow the below-mentioned exam day instructions on the OJEE exam day:

  • Candidates must carry OJEE admit card, photo ID proof and Declaration Form to the exam centre.
  • They must reach the exam centre at least an hour before the exam starts to complete the frisking formalities at the gate.
  • Candidates must wear a three-ply cotton mask at all times in the exam centre. Candidates without masks will not be allowed to enter the OJEE exam centre.
  • Candidates must carry a blue or black ballpoint pen, transparent water bottle and hand sanitiser.
  • Candidates must not carry electronic gadgets to the exam centre.
  • Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre once the gates close.

Q:   Can I carry a watch, eatables and water to the OJEE exam centre?

A:
Eatable and drinks are not allowed inside the OJEE exam centre. But, candidates must carry their personal transparent water bottle to the exam centre and follow the COVID-19 appropriate behaviour at all times. Electronic gadgets including watches, mobile phones, calculators, smart devices, etc. Are prohibited inside the OJEE exam centre. Candidates should carry recent passport size photograph, photo ID (original and photocopy) and OJEE admit card along with them to the exam centre.
