OJEE admit card will likely be released in the last week of May 2023 for the registered candidates. Candidates appearing for the exam should download their OJEE admit card at least two days before the exam. The OJEE exam will likely be conducted in the month of June 2023. OJEE 2023 was conducted in the computer-based test mode across as many as 39 test centres. 

If the students face technical difficulties while downloading the OJEE admit card, then they must ensure that they carefully fill in the application number and date of birth as filled in the OJEE application form. Candidates can use the date of birth in the DDMMYYYY or MMDDYYYY format to log in and download the admit card.

OJEE admit card is a mandatory document that is to be carried to the exam centre. Students will not be allowed to enter the exam centre if they do not have the admit card.   1. Visit the official website of OJEE

  2. Click on the link ‘Download Admit Card – OJEE 2023’ or visit https://cdn.tcsion.com//EForms/configuredHtml/2344/77808/login.html

  3. Then, the candidate needs to enter the application number and date of birth and login. The date of birth can be used in DDMMYYYY or MMDDYYYY format. 

  4. Click on the 'Download admit card' button and the same will appear on the screen

  5. Take a printout of the admit card

Details on OJEE Admit Card 2023

Candidates must check the following details as soon as the OJEE admit card appears on the screen:

  • Name of the candidate

  • Father's name
  • Address of the candidate
  • Date of birth and gender
  • Roll Number and Application Number

  • Course appearing
  • Exam date and time

  • Shift and time of the exam

  • Reporting time at the exam centre
  • Name and address of the test centre 

  • Exam day instructions

Candidates should download their OJEE admit card at least 2-3 days before the exam date. To download OJEE admit card 2023 candidates need to log in with their application number and password.

How to Download Special OJEE Admit Card 2023?

Follow the steps mentioned below to know how to download the Special/2nd OJEE admit card:

  • Visit the official website of OJEE
  • Click on the 'Download ADMIT CARD for 2nd / Special OJEE, 2023' link or copy the following in the web browser
  • Fill in the asked details i.e. Application Number and Date of Birth in the DDMMYYYY format
  • Click the login button
  • The 2nd/Special OJEE Admit card will appear on the screen

Errors to Check in the OJEE 2023 Admit Card

As soon as the candidates download the OJEE admit card 2023, they must carefully check the information mentioned on it. Check the information listed below on the admit card and check that it should match the information entered by the candidates in the OJEE application form:

  • The name of the applicant must match the one mentioned in the OJEE application form 2023.
  • The date of birth should match the DOB mentioned in the application form.
  • The course details should be the same as the course applied for.
  • The date and time of the exam must be correct.
  • The test centre must be from the options selected while filling out the OJEE application form 2023.

OJEE 2023 Admit Card Instructions

Candidates must follow the instructions mentioned below when downloading the OJEE admit card:

  • Candidates should cross-check the details mentioned on the OJEE admit card before downloading it.

  • Candidates need to carry one photo ID proof along with the admit card on the exam day. The photo ID can be any one of the following - Voter ID, Aadhar Card/Enrolment Number with Photo, Ration Card, Driving License, PAN Card and Passport.

  • Candidates belonging to the PWD category are required to carry a PWD certificate along with the admit card.

  • Candidates must carry a passport-size photograph matching the one pasted on the confirmation slip.
  • Candidates must go through instructions related to the exam centre as mentioned on the OJEE admit card 2023 before appearing for the exam.

  • Candidates should carry black/blue point pen with them for rough work purposes.

  • OJEE admit card should be signed by candidates in front of the Invigilator only.

  • Candidates will have to carry two copies of the OJEE admit card and keep one copy of the admit card with them after the Invigilator has signed and verified it. They should preserve it even after the admission process has been completed.

  • Candidates must fill out the declaration form after downloading the OJEE admit card with the correct information. Candidates also need to paste a passport-size photograph and put a left-thumb impression at the proper place provided. The parent of the candidate also needs to sign the declaration form. Candidates must not sign the form before the exam.

If candidates are not able to download their admit card (who have successfully submitted their applications before the last date), then they should report it to OJEE Cell, Gandamul to get admit card issued. Also, if any detail mentioned on OJEE admit card is incorrect and, candidates want to get it changed then, they should download the admit card and report the same to OJEE Cell to get it corrected or duplicate admit card issued before the mentioned date.

OJEE 2023 Exam Day Instructions

Candidates need to follow the below-mentioned exam day instructions on the OJEE exam day:

  • Candidates must carry OJEE admit card, photo ID proof and Declaration Form to the exam centre.
  • They must reach the exam centre at least an hour before the exam starts to complete the frisking formalities at the gate.
  • Candidates must wear a three-ply cotton mask at all times in the exam centre. Candidates without masks will not be allowed to enter the OJEE exam centre.
  • Candidates must carry a blue or black ballpoint pen, transparent water bottle and hand sanitiser.
  • Candidates must not carry electronic gadgets to the exam centre.
  • Candidates will not be allowed to enter the exam centre once the gates close.

Q. If I forget to carry my admit card to the exam centre, can I show a digital copy?

A. No, candidates need to carry two printouts of the OJEE 2022 admit card with them to the exam centre as the invigilator will sign and verify it.

Q. What to do if there is an error on my OJEE admit card?

A. If there is an error on the OJEE admit card, then the candidates should immediately report it to the OJEE Cell and get the error rectified. 

Q. Do I have to carry any other document except OJEE admit card?

A: The admit card is valid only when it has a recent photograph of the candidate.

A. To retrieve the password, click on 'Forget Password'. Candidates will be redirected to a new page. Choose one option among the three. Candidates can reset their passwords through the security question, reset link on registered email ID or verification code on the registered mobile number. Fill in the required details and click 'Submit'.

Q. Can I change my exam centre after the OJEE admit cards have been issued?

A. No. There is no provision to change the test centre once the OJEE 2022 application form has been submitted.

Q. Will the OJEE 2022 admit card include allotted test centre details?

A. Yes, the OJEE admit card will mention all the details of the exam and the exam centre which has been allotted.

Q. Can I carry drinking water to the exam centre?

A. Eatable and drinks are not allowed inside the OJEE exam hall. Candidates will be provided the drinking water inside the exam hall.

Q. Do I need to preserve my OJEE admit card after the exam as well?

A. Candidates must preserve their OJEE admit cards after the exam until the admission process is complete.

Q. Can I carry a watch and a calculator to the exam centre for difficult calculations?

Why I can't see my round 1 results of OJEE MBA, I paid the fees also?

I think this is not the right place to ask this question as it is an entrance examination conducted by the OJEE cell and you should directly contact to them because they can answer you better than us and it is not because of fees if you have paid then its good but result is not stucked by fees.
