OJEE registration began on March 14, 2022. Candidates need to apply for the exam in online mode on the official website. OJEE 2022 will likely be conducted in the first and second week of June 2022. The application window will close on April 16, 2022, for the BAMS/BHMS course. Candidates appearing for the BCAT and MSc (Computer Science) also need to apply for OJEE 2022.

Special Entrance Examination will be conducted for admission to B.Tech for candidates who could not appear for JEE Main. The registrations for Special OJEE 2022 will likely begin in the last week of July 2022.

  • Any candidate who holds a graduation degree or equivalent in any discipline from a recognised university can apply for OJEE.
  • Final year graduation students are also eligible to apply for OJEE.

OJEE Application Form 2022

OJEE application form 2022 has been released online on the official website of OJEE. OJEE 2022 application form is different for each course category and therefore, candidates must apply carefully for their course/s. Before filling up the application form, candidates are advised to check the OJEE eligibility criteria and other guidelines to avoid making any errors. How to Appy for OJEE 2022?

Candidates must fill in the application form carefully. Authorities will reject the OJEE application forms that are incomplete or received after the deadline. To fill in the application form, candidates need to follow the below-mentioned steps:

Steps to Fill OJEE 2022 Application Form

OJEE 2022 application process includes four steps including online registration, form filling, document uploading, fee payment and printing the confirmation page. Check out the steps below for OJEE 2022 registrations.

Step 1: Online registration

  • Visit the official website of OJEE.
  • Click on 'Apply for OJEE Application Forms 2022'.
  • Candidates will be redirected to the new registration page. Fill in details such as name, date of birth, gender, father's name, contact details, password, etc. by clicking on 'New Registration'.
  • Enter the security code and finally click 'Submit'.
  • Review the details entered by you and click on 'Final Submit'.

Step 2: OJEE 2022 application form filling

  • Candidates will be assigned an Application Number after a successful registration.
  • Click on the 'Complete Application Form' button.
  • Fill in all the required details and submit.
  • Review your details and click on 'Final Submit'.

Step 3: Uploading documents

  • Candidates need to upload scanned images of coloured photographs and full signatures in black or blue ink. The documents should be in JPEG/JPG format.
  • Once the documents have been uploaded, the application fee needs to be paid.

Step 4: Fee payment and printing confirmation page

  • Candidates will require the application number which they received during registration for fee payment.
  • Candidates need to pay the application fee in online mode only using a credit card, debit card (VISA / MASTER / Maestro cards) or internet banking.
  • Once submitted, take a printout of the confirmation page.

Candidates must keep the following things in mind before choosing the OJEE 2022 test city:

  • Candidates can choose up to three test cities according to their preferences while filling out the OJEE application form.
  • The test centres cannot be changed once the application form has been submitted.
  • The OJEE exam centre and the city will be mentioned on the OJEE admit card.
  • The OJEE Cell holds the authority to change or modify the exam centre depending on the number of students appearing for the exam.

Candidates must keep the following points in mind while filling the OJEE application form:

  • Fill all the fields of the OJEE application carefully with valid information. Do not leave mandatory fields, empty.
  • Before submitting the application form, check all the information entered.
  • Take a printout of the confirmation letter, fee receipt and OJEE application form once the application fee has been submitted. If you do not receive the confirmation form, immediately contact the exam authorities.
  • Do not use smartphones or tablets to fill the OJEE registration form. Use a desktop or laptop to fill and submit the OJEE application form.

How to Apply for Special Entrance Exam 2022?

Steps to apply for Special OJEE
  1. Visit the official website of OJEE

  2. Click on 'Form F'
  3. Register with details required such as name, e-mail ID, mobile number, etc. and create a password

  4. Next, submit the details and you will be given an application ID after confirmation

  5. Login with registered application number and password to fill the application form 

  6. Pay the application fee in online mode using Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking and wait for fee status to be updated

  7. After confirmation, submit the application form and get a printout of the same for future references

The application fee is INR 1,000/- and can be paid through online mode using Debit Card, Credit Card and Net Banking.

Important FAQs Related to OJEE Exam

Q. How much do I need to pay as the application fee for OJEE 2022?

A: OJEE application fee is INR 1,000 for Form A, B, C, D and for Form E the application fee is INR 1,500. The Special OJEE application fee is also INR 1,500. 

Q. Can I fill the OJEE exam offline?

A: No, the OJEE application form is available in online mode only which can be filled on the official website of OJEE or Odisha JEE.

Q. I want to apply for both MBA and MCA courses. Do I need to fill two applications for that?

A: Candidates can apply for a combination of courses by filling Form E. The application fee for the combination of courses will be INR 1,500. 

Q. Which documents do I need to upload in the OJEE application form?

A: Candidates need to upload recent passport size photographs, full signatures and left thumb impressions.

Q. Can I edit the OJEE form once submitted?

A: Candidates can only make corrections in the OJEE application form if the correction window opens on the official website. If it does not then the applicant will have to fill a new form.

Q: Is the OJEE registration fee refundable?

A: The OJEE registration fee is non-refundable. Once the OJEE application fee is paid, even if you do not appear for the exam the application fee will not be returned.

Q. I am unable to upload my signatures in the OJEE registration form. What should I do?

A: There is a set limit to upload a photograph and digital signatures in the OJEE registration form. The size of photograph should be between 5 KB and 200 KB. The size of scanned signature should not be more than 30 KB.

Q. How many test cities can I choose while filling OJEE 2022 application form?

A: Candidates can choose up to three test cities according to their preference while filling the OJEE 2022 application form. 

Q. Is OJEE application form different for different categories?

A: No, the OJEE registration form is the same for all categories. The students need to choose their respective categories while filling the OJEE application form.

Q. How can I recover my OJEE password or application number?

A: To recover OJEE password, click on 'Forget Password'. Candidates will be redirected to a new page. Choose one option among the three. Candidates can reset their passwords through the security question, reset link on registered email ID or verification code on the registered mobile number. Fill in the required details and click 'Submit'.

Q. Can I fill the application form first and pay the application fee later?

A: Yes, when candidates are applying for OJEE they do not have to fill the form and pay the application fee in one go. However, they have to pay the application within five days of filling the OJEE registration form.

Q: Can I pay the OJEE registration fee by cash/DD or net banking?

A: OJEE registration fee can be paid online only. They can use debit/credit cards or net banking to pay the application fee for OJEE 2022. 

Q. What is the eligibility for OJEE MBA exam?

A: Any graduate candidates with a 50 percent aggregate can apply for OJEE 2022. They must also be citizens of IndiA: There is no age bar for the candidates appearing for the exam.

Q. Is there an age limit to appear for OJEE?

A: No, there is no prescribed age limit for OJEE 2022, however, candidates appearing for BAMS/BHMS or B.Pharma must be at least 17 years of age as on December 31, 2021.

Q. Is there any concession for reserved category candidates?

A: Yes, candidates belonging to reserved categories can avail of a 5 percent concession.

Why I can't see my round 1 results of OJEE MBA, I paid the fees also?

I think this is not the right place to ask this question as it is an entrance examination conducted by the OJEE cell and you should directly contact to them because they can answer you better than us and it is not because of fees if you have paid then its good but result is not stucked by fees.
