NBEMS will conduct the NEET MDS 2026 exam on May 2, 2026. The NEET MDS question paper 2026 will have two time-bound sections- Part A and Part B. The Part A of the exam comprises 100 questions and Part B has 140 questions. The NEET MDS Part A covers General Anatomy, Human Physiology, Dental Anatomy, Pathology, Pharmacology, Medicine and Surgery subjects. It is expected that the NEET MDS syllabus 2026 will be the same as last year. Last year also, there was no change in the NEET MDS syllabus. The syllabus of NEET MDS is based on the BDS curriculum, which they had studied while pursuing their undergraduate Dental course. Talking about the NEET MDS syllabus, the exam conducting authority NBE has stated, "The syllabus for the exam shall be that of BDS standard and shall cover all the subjects/syllabus taught during the BDS course as prescribed in the DCI Revised BDS Course Regulations, 2007 as amended from time to time."

To get admission to DY Patil University with a rank of 2000 would depend entirely to the category you belong to. For the General AI category, the overall DY Patil NEET MDS cutoff 2025 ranged from 3846 to 16240. Hence, getting admission to this institution with a rank of 2K is possible.

DY Patil University MDS cutoff 2025 was 6773 in round 1, which later dropped down to 4828.  This was the cutoff range for the General AI category. Students should know that the cutoff for other categories will vary. For more information, click here.
