Haryana NEET 2025 Counselling Schedule (Revised): Check Registration & Seat Allotment Dates

In general, the total duration of the Haryana NEET UG counselling is of three to four months. The total number of counselling rounds is also around three to four. On an average, each round is conducted for a duration of one month. The exact durtion will be updated once the Directorate of Medical Education and Reseach (DMER) Haryana announces the round-wise schedule of the Haryana NEET counselling 2025. The number of rounds may exceed in case vacant seats are left after the last round of counselling. In that case the overall duration or the tenure of the counselling will also extend. 

The Haryana NEET UG counselling 2025 began on August 8, 2025. Round 1 of the state counselling process concluded on August 22. The Haryana NEET 2025 Counselling Round 2 was conducted from September 11, 2025, to September 30, 2025. Round 3 is being conducted from October 7 to November 3, 2025. The entire duration of the counselling process is likely to range from three to four months. The duration or the number of rounds may be extended based on the number of vacant seats. 

There are total six rounds of Haryana NEET UG counselling. The list of rounds are given below:

DMER Haryana announced the fifth and sixth rounds of counselling based on the number of vacant seats. 

According the last year's seat matrix, there were as many as 1,870 seats for MBBS and around 100 seats for BDS that were offered to the candidates through Haryana NEET counselling for the Government colleges.  As per the seat matrix released by DMER Haryana for the Haryana NEET counselling 2025, there were a total of 345 seats, including government and private institutes. DMER Haryana releases the seat matrix or the seat vacancy list separately for each round prior to the commencement of the registration process. 

Only those candidates who have registered for the Haryana NEET counselling process will be able to fill and lock choices. After logging in, they will have to select Course from the dropdown menu. From there, they have to choose "College" and click on update button. After filling all choices, they have to press "Save" button. In the a printout of filled choices must be taken. Candidates can modify/add/delete choices as many times as they want till the closing time as per schedule.

Candidates who wish to participate in the Haryana NEET counselling will have to register on the official website of the Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. However, those who have registered in the first round, need not register again and can directly log in for choice filling. The process to register for Haryana NEET counselling is given below:

• Visit the official website of Haryana NEET counselling 

• Click on the ‘New Registration’ tab

• Click on the Declaration checkbox and click on Continue

• Enter NEET Roll Number and NEET Application Number

• Click on Check NEET Details

• Fill up the mandatory details, upload documents and submit

• Pay the application fee

To participate in the counselling of Haryana NEET 2025, candidates have to pay a non-refundable registration fee of INR 2,500 for the Unreserved/General category and INE 1,250 for the Reserved/PH category. The fee has to be paid in online mode. 

The Haryana NEET counselling 2025 seat allotment result date will be announced by the Directorate of Medical Education and Research (DMER), Haryana, separately for each round. The round-wise dates of Haryana NEET 2025 counselling will be provided here as and when announced. The seat allotment result will be out for each round approximately five to six days after the beginning of the counselling process. At first, the provisional seat allotment result will be declared, and candidates will be given the chance to raise grievances against the allotment. After one or two days, the final result will be declared.

• Click on the Notification Section
• Click on the link indicating Seat Allotment Result
• Download the PDF and find your name or NEET Roll number to check the seat allotment status

No, if the candidate gets a better option, the seat allotted to him/her initially will be cancelled and the candidate will have to accept the "upgraded" seat. In any case, such "upgrade" candidate will not be allowed to retain the seat initially allotted. Therefore, the candidate must take great care in choice filling for "upgrade".

The Directorate of Medical Education & Research (DMER) Haryana is the conducting body for the Haryana NEET counselling. Hence, the official website of this state counselling is dmer.haryana.gov.in. In general, the institute reporting process of Haryana NEET counselling is conducted for three to four days for each round. Candidates will have to check the important dates carefully and report to the institutes within the deadline. In certain cases, the last date of reporting to the institutes is extended. In general, the duration of institute reporting will be higher in the initial rounds of counselling if the number of candidates is higher and vice versa. 

The Haryana NEET 2025 counselling is being conducted online on the official website of DMER Haryana. The counselling process was announced by the conducting authorities along with the release of the registration form. However, candidates will have to visit the allotted institutes for the institute reporting round for document verification and other admission formalities. Prior to that, they have to visit the given location or venue for document verification, if they belong to a particular category or quota.
