The Haryana NEET 2026 counselling will be conducted for admission to 85 per cent of the State Quota states of MBBS and BDS courses. The counselling process involves steps such as seat matrix release, registration, choice filling, seat allotment result and institute reporting. Haryana NEET counselling dates for each round are approximately seven to 10 days. At times, DMER Haryana extends or modifies the dates or schedule based on certain external factors. DMER Haryana announced the fifth and sixth rounds of counselling based on the number of vacant seats.
According the last year's seat matrix, there were as many as 2,710 seats for MBBS and around 100 seats for BDS that were offered to the candidates through Haryana NEET counselling for the Government colleges.
Only those candidates who have registered for the Haryana NEET counselling process will be able to fill and lock choices. After logging in, they will have to select Course from the dropdown menu. From there, they have to choose "College" and click on update button. After filling all choices, they have to press "Save" button. In the a printout of filled choices must be taken. Candidates can modify/add/delete choices as many times as they want till the closing time as per schedule.
Candidates who wish to participate in the Haryana NEET counselling will have to register on the official website of the Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak. However, those who have registered in the first round, need not register again and can directly log in for choice filling. The process to register for Haryana NEET counselling is given below:

To participate in the counselling of Haryana NEET 2025, candidates have to pay a non-refundable registration fee of INR 2,500 for the Unreserved/General category and INE 1,250 for the Reserved/PH category. The fee has to be paid in online mode.

No, if the candidate gets a better option, the seat allotted to him/her initially will be cancelled and the candidate will have to accept the "upgraded" seat. In any case, such "upgrade" candidate will not be allowed to retain the seat initially allotted. Therefore, the candidate must take great care in choice filling for "upgrade".
