After the SET admit card has been released, students should follow the instructions:
- Check the details mentioned on the admit card including the name of the applicant, application number, date of birth, category, exam date, time, etc.
 - If there is an error in the SET hall ticket, students should immediately contact the exam conducting authorities and get the error rectified.
 - If there is no error, then the candidates should take a coloured printout of the SET admit card on an A4-sized sheet.
 - After printing the admit card, students should affix a recent coloured photograph (not older than three months) on the admit card.
 - Students should preserve the admit cards until the admission process.
 
SET 2025 Exam Day Instructions
Candidates should adhere to the following exam day instructions for SET 2025:
- The SET exam 2025 will be held from 9 AM to 10 AM for one hour in the computer-based test mode. Students are instructed to report at the centre by 7:30 AM. The SET centre gates will close by 8:30 AM.
 - Students should not forget to carry the SET 2025 admit card, as they will not be allowed entry without it.
 - The SET admit card will be verified by the authorised personnel at the exam centre. Students should preserve this admit card till the admission process as no duplicate verified SET admit cards will be issued.
 - Candidates should carry a photo ID proof issued by the government of India to the exam centre (photocopy and original)
 - Soft copy of the admit card or the ID proof will not be accepted.
 - Students should carry separate SET admit cards if they have applied for multiple sessions.
 - Candidates should not carry any prohibited items to the exam centre, including electronic devices, paper, calculators, etc.
 - The rough sheet given to the candidates for calculations is to be submitted to the invigilator before leaving the exam hall.
