SET admit card 2026 download will begin on April 24, 2026, for Test 01. After students have successfully registered for SET exam 2026, they can download SET 2026 hall ticket. How to Download Symbiosis SET Admit Card 2026?

Candidates should carry at least two coloured printouts of the SET admit card 2026 on the exam day. They can follow process below to download SET exam admit card 2026:

Q:   Can I download a copy of the SET admit card after the exam?

The SET admit card download link is live only from the day of its release till the exam day. After the SET exam, the admit card download link is removed from the official website.

The admit card may also not be accessible in the student dashboard after the exam or result announcement. Moreover, since the signed admit card will be considered valid for any activity post the exam, even if you can download a fresh copy after the exam day, it will be of no use. So, keep your SET admit card safe.

Q:   What should I do after downloading SET admit card?
A: 

After downloading the SET admit card, candidates should check the details mentioned on the admit card including the name of the candidate, date of birth, category, exam date, application number, etc. They should ensure that there are no discrepancies on the same.

Eatable and drinks are not allowed inside the SET exam centre. But, candidates must carry their personal transparent water bottle to the exam centre and follow the COVID-19 appropriate behaviour at all times. Electronic gadgets including watches, mobile phones, calculators, smart devices, etc. Are prohibited inside the SET exam centre. Candidates should carry recent passport size photograph, photo ID (original and photocopy) and SET admit card along with them to the exam centre.
Q:   Can I change my exam centre after the admit card has been issued for SET?

No, candidates can not make any changes once the SET application form has been submitted and the admit card has been issued. The examination authority does not accept digital admit card as valid document as it is to be signed and stamped by the test centre staff for proof of candidate’s attendance. One copy of the SET admit card of every candidate is also retained by the authorities, thus the need for the print out.

A: 

No, the SET exam cannot be given remotely. Every year the SET exam is conducted in the computer-based test mode. In 2021, the exam was however conducted in the internet-based test mode because of the coronavirus pandemic. Ever since, the SET exam has always been conducted in the computer-based test mode (CBT). To take the exam, candidates have to visit the SET exam centre and take the exam online. They can choose upto three preferred SET test cities during the SET exam registration. Candidates must reach the test centre at least an hour before the commencement of the exam in order to avoid any hassle on the exam and complete the frisking formalities at the exam GATE smoothly. 

Q:   What are the dos on the SET exam day?
A: 

On the SET exam day, students have to follow certain guidelines which include reaching on time, cooperating with the exam centre staff, following instructions of the test invigilator and following the test navigation for solving the SET questions.

IPMAT is usually considered a bit more difficult than SET, as IPMAT exam has advanced mathematics and is calculation intensive. The exam also have a sectional time limit. But, SET is easier in terms of difficulty, does not have negative marking or sectional timings.
