Calicut University admission for UG and PG courses will be conducted through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). The university accepts national entrance exams are CMAT, CAT, KMAT,  KMAT KERALA, and others. The university's admission process begins with an online application. Admission to the BSc course at Calicut University is entrance-based. The minimum eligiblity required to apply for the course is Class 12 or its equivalent with a minimum aggregate of 45%-70% from a recognised university. However, as admissions are entrance-based, students are required to secure a valid score in the accepted entrance exams such to be eligible for the BSc course admission. In case a candidate does not score enough, or wants to consider other options for BSc admissions, they can always opt for other colleges offering online BSc course.

The Calicut University KEAM Cutoff 2025 has been released for admission to the BTech courses for all categories belonging to the Home State quota. The BTech CSE Cutoff 2025 for the General HS quota ranged from 49354 to 58241, wherein Thejus Engineering College was the hardest college for admission. 

For the OBC HS quota, the cutoff for the same course ranged from 52691 to 65499, wherein Thejus Engineering College was also the hardest college for admission. Please note that the cutoff for each category will differ according to each round and specialisation. 

Calicut University NEET SS Cutoff 2025 will be released soon. According to the cutoff 2024,  DM in Neurology programme cutoff was 204 for candidates belonging to the General category under the All India quota. In 2023, the cutoff for the same course was 741 for the aforementioned category, indicating that the competition over the 2 years. For the university's own institute (CUIET), a KEAM rank within the top 10,000 to 25,000 is often required for popular branches like Mechanical or Electrical.

While the Calicut University's Common Entrance Test is not mandatory for all the courses, it is still widely accepted by the university. Students seeking admission to most of the PG and Integrated programmes have to appear for this test. Those with valid scores in other accepted exams are exempted. 

To register for Calicut University, students have to first check the eligibility. Eligible students can apply online. The process is as below:

• Register as a new student and fill up basic details. Login to complete the application process.

The Calicut University Kerala University Admission cutoff 2025 was concluded with the last round cutoff scores being announced for admission to various UG level programmes, like BSc in Chemistry, BSc in Mathematics, etc., for the Home State quota candidates.
