JEECUP Application Form 2026: Registration Link, Steps to Apply, Fee

The JEECUP application form will be released online on the council's website. Candidates will have to fill a common application form for all diploma courses. Students have to make the subject selection while filling the form as the authorities conduct the exam for various groups from A to K. Group A is for Engineering & Technology, group E for Pharmacy, group K for Lateral Entry to 2nd year, and groups B-I covering specialised group such as Fashion Design, Hospitality, and Agriculture. To apply for JEECUP 2027, candidates have to complete the following stages.

• Registration - Fill in your name, Father's name, Mother's name, Date of birth, Gender, Identity number, Present and Permanent address. Choose a password, enter security pin and submit.
• JEECUP Application Form 2027 - Only registered candidates can fill the application form. Students will have to enter their Academic details, Domicile Category, Sub-category and exam centre selection.
• Uploading Scanned Photo & Signature - Check JEECUP photo and signature guidelines before uploading the photogrpahs to avoid rejection of application form.
• UP Polytechnic Application Fee Payment - To submit the application form successfully, candidates should pay the prescribed fee either by Net banking/Debit/Credit Card.

• Download the JEECUP 2027 Application Form Confirmation Page - After completing all the stages, download and print the confirmation page.

JEECUP Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who fulfil the UPJEE Polytechnic 2027 eligibility criteria will be considered for admission. The JEECUP Polytechnic's eligibility criteria are different for each course. For now, applicants can check the previous year's eligibility conditions for the course-wise details below.

NOTE: The minimum age limit is 16 years as of July 01, of the year of admission.

Candidates must keep in mind a few important instructions while filling the UP Polytechnic application form 2027:

• Active Mobile Number & Email ID: You must provide a valid personal mobile number and email address. Keep them active until the entire counseling process ends, as all OTPs and official communications will be sent there.

• Documents for Details: Fill in your name, father’s name, mother’s name, and date of birth exactly as they are written on your class 10th certificate.

• Maximum Applications Allowed: A candidate can submit a maximum of three separate applications. You can apply for Group A and Group E, and additionally select only one more group from the remaining options (Groups B, C, D, F, G, H, I, K1–K8, L).

• Appearing Candidates: If you are appearing for your qualifying exam in 2027, you are eligible to apply. However, you must produce your passing marksheet/certificate at the time of counseling.

• Form Submission: You do not need to send a physical hard copy of the application form to the JEECUP council office. Rather you can just download the confirmation page and save it for reference.

• Correction Facility: Carefully verify all entries before final submission. If any mistakes are made, applicants can access the correction window only for limited corrections.

Candidates can pay the JEECUP application fee in online mode only. The JEECUP registration fee differs category-wise. Last year, the application fee was as per the following table.

Important Note on Failed Transactions: If money is deducted from your bank account due to server issues but the portal does not show a successful payment status, do not immediately pay again. Wait for 2 to 3 working days, log in daily to check the status, and if the timeline is short, reach out to your bank to flag the transaction under the 'Service Not Rendered' category.

The Joint Entrance Examination Council, Uttar Pradesh, allows students to edit their JEECUP application form after submission. To make corrections to the application form, candidates have to log in through the candidate portal at jeecup.admissions.nic.in. Candidates can only edit certain details through the JEECUP form correction 2027. Once submitted, no more corrections will be allowed in the application form. Candidates can access the JEECUP form correction window within a specified period as mentioned by the authorities.
