According to the Information Brochure, there will be no negative marking for wrong answers.
JEXPO comprises 100 multiple choice questions. Each question carry one mark. The duration of the examination is two hours or 120 minutes. The exam starts at 10 am in the morning and conclude at 12 noon. In the OMR Answer Sheet, appropriate circles are to be ‘completely filled’ by using BLACK / BLUE BALL-POINT pen. More than one answer against any question will be treated as incorrect response / wrong answer. There will be no negative marking for wrong answer.

No, it is not at all mandatory to attempt all the questions of the JEXPO entrance examination. All the questions will be asked in Multiple Choice Question format in JEXPO exam.
