For Undergraduate Program:
FEAT (FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test): An admission test is a mandatory qualifying criterion for admission to FLAME University. FLAME has its admission test called the FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test (FEAT). FLAME also accepts SAT / ACT scores for admission. In the application form, one needs to indicate whether they wish to appear for FEAT.
Essay: During the online assessment, one is required to complete an essay, the topic of which will be provided on the spot. One is required to complete their essay in 200- 250 words and is given 20 minutes for this.
Online Personal Interview: This part of the admission process is also conducted online after one completes the FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test (FEAT)/FLAME Design Aptitude Test (FDAT) and the Essay. Possible questions may include reasons for applying to FLAME, passions, role models, learnings, and aspirations.
For Undergraduate Design Program:
FDAT (FLAME Design Aptitude Test): After you submit your application for the Bachelor of Design, you have to appear for the FDAT. FDAT consists of two parts:
Part one: The general aptitude test is based on an online examination (MCQ-based) and consists of verbal ability, reasoning ability, quantitative ability, and general knowledge.
Part two: Contains different types of drawing, sketching, and situation analysis questions that test the design and creative ability of candidates.
Online Personal Interview: This part of the admission process will also be conducted online after you complete the FLAME Design Aptitude Test (FDAT). FLAME University's admission panel will conduct the Personal Interview.
Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) releases the NMAT scores immediately after the exam has been submitted. However, the scorecard is not downloadable immediately after the submission of responses. Candidates can download the NMAT scorecard within 48 hours of the test date. The scorecard can be downloaded and kept for future references while applying at different participating institutes. GMAC will share best of three exam scores within the NMAT participating institutes selected by the candidate while applying for the exam.

Yes, with 75% in Class 12, a student may get admission in FLAME University UG courses. But clearing the selection rounds is mandatory. This includes appearing for the FEAT, Essay submission, PI, and SOP. While 75% is enough to fulfil the basic eligibility, admissions are subject to clearing the selection process.
Candidates with a valid bachelor's degree from a recognised university with at least 50% aggregate is eligible to apply for MBA at FLAME University. The application form can be filled out via university official website. For selection, the aspirants score in either of the accepted exams, including CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ MAH CET/, essay, personal interview, past academic record, statement of purpose, extra-curricular activities, achievements and personality profiling are taken into consideration.
FLAME University was established as a state-private university in 2015. FLAME University Pune is recognised by UGC and is a Jain minority institution. The university is ISO certified and is a member of AACSB. FLAME University Pune, through five schools of study, offers PhD, UG, PG, and various other courses to students. Further, the postgraduate business programme provided by the FLAME School of Business has been accepted into the CFA University affiliation programme and has received A* (State) and A* (National) Gradings from CRISIL.
Aspirants can get admission in BDes with UCEED scores at FLAME University. However, it is not mandatory. Candidates can also get admission based on NIFT or NID Entrance Exams. Aspirants can also appear for FLAME Design Aptitude Test conducted by the university for admission.
FEAT result for each cycle will be announced 10-15 days after the exam. The candidates can check their results on the official website by using their login ID.
Admission to the doctoral-level programme is entrance-based. Moreover, the final selection is done based on the statement of purposes, CV/Resume, score of GC/CSIR/JRF/PhD FEAT, and performance in the online interview round. Apart from this, it is also crucial that the aspirants fulfil the eligibility criteria as prescribed by the university.
NMAT by GMAC registration is now open. As per the NMAT examination process in the past exam sessions, GMAC conducts the NMAT exam from within a testing window facilitated until the third week of December. Candidates can appear for the NMAT exam thrice during this window. Candidates have to complete the retake registration to apply for another exam take.
