IIM Lucknow Placements 2025 have been released. IIM Lucknow recorded a total of 604 placement offers during the 2025 placement drive for its PGP and PGP-ABM programmes. The highest package offered reached INR 75 LPA, while the average package stood at INR 32.3 LPA.

Accenture emerged as the leading recruiter with 54 offers, and consulting was the dominant sector, accounting for 38% of the total placements. For the PGP-SM programme, the highest and average packages offered were INR 45.37 LPA and INR 22.66 LPA, respectively.

The institute has also released the placement report for the International Programme in Management for Executives (IPMX) 2025.
