The online registration facility for Personal Interview round is set to be closed today. Read on to know further details.
The registration process for Online Personal Interview for final selection of candidates at Tata Institute of Social Sciences will conclude at 11:59 pm today i.e. on June 02, 2020. Candidates who have qualified TISSNET 2020, must register by visiting the official website of TISS, Mumbai. Earlier, the institute released a revised schedule for TISSNET Counselling after it was delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic. It has also done away with the Pre-interview Test for this year, the institute will only conduct Personal Interviews through video conferencing. The admission process for the 2020-21 academic session has also been revamped.

- Confirm and submit

TISS Selection Process
The varsity has also rejigged the selection process for the 2020-21 academic session. This year, all the formalities related to admission of candidates will be completed in online mode.
Stage 1: Shortlisting of Candidates
Candidates are selected based on their score in TISSNET 2020. Candidates seeking admission to management programmes are required to clear an additional test i.e. TISSMAT. Candidates’ selection depends on the number of seats per course, number of applicants along with the score of the candidates. Qualified candidates will be invited to participate in the personal interview round, which will be held in online mode only.
Stage 2: Personal Interview
The institute has announced a revised schedule for online interviews for its respective campuses. The Personal Interview will be held via Video Conferencing only. During this round, candidates will be assessed based on their interpersonal skills, understanding of the programme and academic records
Stage 3: Final Score Aggregation
TISSNET Score Aggregation for HRM and ODCL Programmes
Score of TISSNET, TISSMAT and Personal Interview round will be equated in the ratio of 40:20:40. Check below for more details
