CSIR NET Application Form: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will soon release the CSIR NET 2025 June application form. Candidates meeting the eligibility requirements can fill up the CSIR NET application form 2025 online by visiting the official website: csirnet.nta.ac.in. CSIR NET 2025 is held twice a year in subjects including Chemical Sciences, Earth, Atmospheric, Ocean and Planetary Sciences, Life Sciences, Mathematical Sciences, and Physical Sciences.

Once the CSIR NET application window opens, candidates will be able to fill out the form, upload documents, and pay the application fee online. Based on previous exam cycles, the application fee for CSIR NET is expected to be INR 1,100 for General category candidates, INR 550 for those belonging to the EWS and OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) categories, and INR 275 for candidates from SC, ST, PwD, and Third Gender categories.

While the official schedule is yet to be released, the CSIR NET 2025 application window is likely to open soon, followed by the release of admit cards, and then the exam, which typically is conducted in June. Without filling up the CSIR NET application form 2025, they will not be issued the admit card or allowed to appear for the exam.

Documents Required to Apply for CSIR NET 2025

Candidates must keep the following documents ready before filling out the CSIR NET 2025 application form:

• Recent passport-size photograph (with white background)
• Scanned signature
• Class 10 and 12 mark sheets and certificates
• Qualifying degree/provisional certificate and mark sheets (as applicable)
• Category certificate (if applicable – SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS/PwD)
• Valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, etc.)
• Domicile certificate (if applying under a reserved category based on domicile)
• Experience certificate (if applicable)

Ensure that scanned documents are in the prescribed size and format mentioned in the official notification.

Who are eligible to apply for CSIR NET June 2025 Exam?

To appear for the CSIR NET 2025 exam, candidates must hold an M.Sc. or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks (50% for reserved categories). Age limits apply for JRF (maximum 28 years), while there is no upper age limit for Lectureship/Assistant Professorship.
