IBPS Clerk Application Form 2025: The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is expected to release IBPS Clerk registration form in October-November 2025. The deadline to fill the application will be notified by the examination authority. Candidates need to apply for the exam within the IBPS Clerk application dates 2025. The application fees for the IBPS Clerk exam are INR 850 for General and OBC candidates and INR 175 for SC/ST/PWD categories. The application fees can be paid online. Around 5 Lacs candidates apply for the IBPS Clerk exam every year. The selection process consists of two stages prelims and Mains exams. The provisional allocation of candidates is based on the actual vacancies reported by the participating banks. Depending on the performance in the Mains exam, vacancjes and business needs of the participating banks, candidates are selected to one of the participating banks. While, filling IBPS Clerk application form, candidates need to upload their photographs, signatures, handwritten declarations, left thumb impressions, etc. The documents should be uploaded as per the dimensions specified by the examination authority. Candidates must upload the photograph and signature in the prescribed format while filling IBPS Clerk application form. The size of the photograph should be between 20 kb to 50 kb and its dimension should be between 200 x 230 pixels. The size of the signature should between 10kb to 20kb and dimension should be between 140 x 60 pixels. The signature should not be in capital letters. It should be in appropriate size and clearly visible. Candidates must ensure that the size of the scanned image of photograph should not be more than 50 kb. If the size of the file is more than 50 kb then adjust the settings of the scanner such as the DPI resolution, no of colours, etc. during the process of scanning.
Q:   I have submitted incorrect information in IBPS Clerk application form. What to do?

IBPS does not provide separate window to edit IBPS Clerk application form. Candidates are required to make the changes in IBPS Clerk application form within the prescribed deadline. After final submission of IBPS Clerk application form, candidates are not required to make any changes in the same. Candidates should check all the details carefully before submitting the IBPS Clerk application form.

How to fill IBPS Clerk Application Form 2025?

Candidates should follow the steps below to fill out the application form of IBPS Clerk 2025:

Documents Required for IBPS Clerk Apply Online

  •  Scanned photograph and signature
  •  Left thumb impression (LTI)
  •  Bank details for online transaction
  •  Valid email ID
  •  Handwritten declaration

Step 1: IBPS Clerk Online Registration

  • Visit the official website
  • Select the option 'IBPS Clerk apply online' on the home page of IBPS 
  • To register, click ‘New Registration’ link
  • Enter the details such as post name, name, mobile number, email ID, and security code
  • After successful completion, the registration number and password of IBPS Clerk are generated
  • Candidates receive the registration number and password on their registered email ID and mobile number

Step 2: Upload Photograph & Signature

In the next step, candidates are required to upload scanned images of photograph and signature. The specifications for uploading the photograph and signature are given below.

Step 4: Previewing IBPS Clerk Application Form

Before final submission, candidates should preview their IBPS Clerk application forms. In case candidates come across any mismatch in the details, they should correct those errors before final submission. After the final submission of application form, candidates are not allowed to make changes to the details. IBPS Clerk mains exam is conducted in around 80 cities. Candidates can select one IBPS Clerk exam centre each for prelims and mains exams while filling the application form.
