CSIR NET Application Form 2026 Soon: Correction Window, Fee Payment Process & Link

The CSIR NET 2026 Registration window will be opened for the June session along with the release of the notification soon at csirnet.nta.nic.in. The CSIR NET Online Form will be released in an online mode. Before applying for the CSIR-UGC NET examination, candidates are advised to check the CSIR UGC NET Eligibility Criteria as mentioned in this article. 

How To Fill CSIR NET 2026 Application Form?

• Visit at csirnet.nta.nic.in
• Click on the link available for submitting the online form
• Click on the 'New Registration' button
• Download the CSIR NET information brochure and read the instructions on the page carefully
• Click on the checkbox at the bottom of the page and click on the 'Click Here to Proceed' button. On clicking the button, the CSIR NET Registration Form will open on the screen
• Fill in all the given details asked in the registration form
• Choose a password 
• Choose a security question and enter the security answer
• Enter the security pin shown on the screen
• Click on Submit 
• Verify the details entered and click on the checkboxes at the end of the page
• Click on the Final Submit button

• Enter the security code shown on the screen
• Click on Submit
• Verify the details filled and click on the checkboxes at the end of the page
• Click on the Final Submit button

CSIR NET 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should keep the documents ready as mentioned below before filling out the CSIR NET application form:

• Copy of Board or University Certificate for Candidate’s Name, Mother’s Name, Father’s Name and Date of Birth
• Identification – Bank A/c passbook with photograph/ Passport Number/ Ration Card/ Aadhaar Card Number/Voter ID Card Number/ Other Govt ID
• Qualifying Degree Certificate or last semester marks sheet
• Category Certificate, if applicable
• Self-Declaration Minority Community Certificate, if applicable
• Scanned Candidate’s photograph and signature in running hand in JPG/JPEG format only
• Result Awaited Certificate, if applicable
• Economically Weaker Section (EWS) Certificate, if applicable
• Person with Disability (PwD) Certificate, if applicable
