JEPBN Exam Dates 2025: Registration (Sept 11), Admit Card, Exam, Result, Counselling Dates

WBJEEB conducts the JEPBN 2025 entrance exam annually for candidates seeking admission to the Post-Basic Nursing (PBN) course in the state of West Bengal. Here are the important events that candidates must follow sequentially:

• JEPBN 2025 Registration: JEPBN 2025 registration is mandatory to appear in the entrance exam. Only West Bengal domiciles will be eligible to apply for the exam. To register, candidates need to fill in various other information, such as domicile, category, PwD status, religion, nationality, and academic details.  The application fee is INR 3000/- (Rupees three thousand only) plus the Bank’s Service Charges. JEPBN 2025 application process begins on September 11, 2025.
• JEPBN Admit Card: JEPBN 2025 admit card is an important document that is required at the test centre to grant entry to the examination hall. WBJEEB released the JEPBN 2025 admit card online on the official website. It will be available for download on October 13, 2025. 
• JEPBN Exam day: The JEPBN 2025 exam will be held in offline mode (OMR-based) on October 19, 2025. The entrance exam will carry 100 questions. All questions will be Multiple-choice Question (MCQ) type, with four answer options. The exam duration will be 90 minutes. Correct responses will yield 1 (one) mark for each question. Zero marks will be awarded for not attempting any questions. 
• JEPBN Answer Key: JEPBN 2025 Model Answer Keys will be made available for a brief period at the WBJEEB website shortly after the examination. Candidates will be allowed to challenge any answer key on payment of a nominal fee. 
• JEPBN 2024 Result: WBJEEB will release the JEPBN result tentatively in October 2025. JEPBN result will be published in the form of a Rank Card, which will carry all relevant rank(s) and scores. The JEPBN rank card will be available to view and download by logging in with the password issued at the time of the application process. JEPBN Rank card will be issued to all candidates who will appear in the examination.   
• JEPBN 2024 Counselling: WBJEEB will start the counselling process for the Post-Basic Nursing (PBN) course in November 2025. There will be three rounds of counselling: Round-1, Round-2 and Round-3. The Registration fee for counselling will be specified in the official notification. The counselling will be for admission in the institutes and courses as per the uploaded seat matrix.
