RBI Assistant 2020 mains exam is scheduled to be conducted on November 22. In view of COVID-19 pandemic, Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has issued new RBI Assistant exam day guidelines. Candidates are advised to check the new exam day guidelines before going to the exam centre.

The mains exam of RBI Assistant is divided into five sections: Test of Reasoning, Test of English Language, Test of Numerical Ability, Test of General Awareness and Test of Computer Knowledge. There will be a total of 200 questions and total marks of the test are 200. Candidates need to complete the paper within 135 minutes. There are sectional timings for the exam.

RBI Assistant Exam Day Guidelines 2020 for Mains

  • The date, reporting time and address of the exam are given in the RBI Assistant admit card
  • Candidates are advised to visit the venue one day before the online examination to confirm the location
  • Latecomers will not be allowed to appear for the examination
  • Candidates should bring with them one recent passport size photograph duly pasted on it
  • Candidates are not allowed to use calculators, books, notebooks or written notes, cellphones or any other electronic devices
  • Candidates should reach the RBI Assistant exam centre atleast 15 minutes before the reporting time mentioned on the admit card
  • The roll numbers and lab numbers of candidates will not be displayed outside the exam venue
  • It is mandatory to wear a mask
  • Candidates can also wear gloves as per their wish
  • Personal transparent water bottle is also permitted inside the exam hall
  • Candidates are also allowed to carry personal hand sanitiser of 50 ml
  • Candidates can carry a ball pen and ink stamp pad
  • Candidate should maintain safe social distance with one another
  • Candidate should stand in the row as per the instructions provided at venue
  • Candidates need to show their health status on Aarogya Setu app
  • The temperature of candidates will be screened through thermal guns
  • The registration of candidates will be done through photo capture
  • Rough sheets will be kept at each candidate desk
  • Candidates need to drop their rough sheet and ID proof in the designated boxes at the exit of the lab
