BSc Courses Admission Eligibility
These are the basic eligibility rules for admission in BSc courses:
- Firstly, candidates should complete their 12th class from a recognised board in the science stream.
 - As core subjects, you should have thoroughly studied physics, chemistry, and mathematics.
 - There is no age limit for a BSc course.
 
Admission Process for BSc Courses
The admission process for BSc courses can either be merit-based admission or entrance-based admission. The two modes are outlined below:
- Merit-based Admission process, colleges shall release a cutoff aggregate to be achieved in the Class 12 Board exam. Applicants would need to achieve the eligibility criteria and the cutoff in order to secure admission to that particular college and the choice of BSc course.
 - Entrance-based Admission process – As is the nature of the mode, candidates need to appear for BSc entrance exams, conducted voluntarily for that particular course and college, as part of the admission process for successful candidates. Upon passing the exam, candidates who pass will be called for counselling or a final admission stage.
