The Sophia College for Women established in 1941 under the affiliation of University of Mumbai is run by the Governing Body of the Society for the Higher Education of Women in India. The Sophia College for Women is much recognizable for its Bachelor degree courses such as B.Sc (IT), B.Sc, BA, and BMM.

Sophia College for Women in Mumbai is well known for its excellent academic offerings. It isn't clear that the college has a formal placement process in place for B.Sc. programmes.
