However, for PharmaD course, it is mandatory that the students don't have any semester/year break in between.

LPU offered good placements this year across various departments like Engineering, Mangement, Architecture, Agriculture, Law and Computer Application, etc. More than 2225 companies visted the campus and offered more than 6000 jobs to the students of the batch 2025. The highest package offered was secured by the students of EEE branch which stood at INR 2.5 Cr per annum. The CSE students secured the highest package of INR 64 LPA.

A total of 60-70 percent of students are placed. 1.3 crores package is the highest, and 11 LPA is around the average package. All major companies came for recruitment (FAANG and all). Hostel facilities are pretty good except in some 1st year rooms, AC and attached washrooms are available with attached balcony, mess food is provided by French company Sudexo. Extra-curricular activities rooms are also present in hostels. Overall crowd is also good.

Placements at Panjab University are good. During the recent UIET placement drive 2026, highest package offered was 39.52 LPA and placement rate recorded was nearly 72%. In UBS MBA, 90% students were placed and the average package recorded was 12.5 LPA.
