JEST 2025 Results is published in online mode, on the offiicial website. The previous year, the total number of candidates who appeared for the JEST Exam was around 827 and out of this number, only 900 qualified for the JEST Exam as per the Result Statistics.

The final result is based on the JEST Answer Key as per the exam conducting authority. The JEST Scorecard is also be released along with the results and cutoff marks. The JEST scores are valid only for a year, and once the result is out, it includes the list of all the candidates to appear for the further round of the admission process, like written tests and interviews, to get admission to various participating institutes.

The Joint Entrance Screening Test (JEST) is a national-level exam which is conducted by the Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST), and it is considered a National Eligibility Test (NET). Steps to Check JEST 2025 Result

Candidates must follow the steps mentioned below to check the results of the JEST 2025 exam.

Step 1: Visit the official website of the Joint Entrance Screening Test 2025. Or directly click on - https://www.jest.org.in/joint-entrance-screening-test 

Step 2: Click on the 'User Login' section.

Step 3: Fill in your Email/ User Name and Password.

Step 4: Click on the 'Login' button.

Step 5: Download and check the result of the JEST exam.

After downloading, applicants are advised to take a printout of the result, which can be used in future.

Applicants who are appearing in JEST exam are often curious about the validity period of the JEST score. The JEST exam score validity is for one year hence applicants who want to take admission in any of the JEST participating institutes can apply online the same year. After the completion of one year of validity of JEST score applicants need to again appear in exam and their previous year score will be null and void.

Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) declared the result of JEST exam 2024 on March 26, 2024. Those candidates who wish to qualify for JEST 2025 should know that they need to beat the cutoff marks, which is the only qualifying criterion needed to pass the JEST exam. Candidates who wish to take admission through the JEST exam must secure passing marks for their respective categories, as the passing marks will be different for different categories.  

The cut-off marks will be prepared based on the correct JEST 2025 answer key. The cutoff marks of JEST 2025 may not be released by the authorities, but they will be used to prepare the JEST 2025 result as well as the merit list.

The exam conducting authorities released the JEST result 2024 on the official website. It can be accessed by entering the login details. No merit list was released allong with result. 

Along with the declaration of result, JEST 2024 score card was also released. The participating institutes will release separate merit lists of qualifying candidates, eligible to participate in the counselling rounds.

JEST exam is conducted across India to take admission in top colleges for PhD course. There are certain factors which needs to be kept in mind while preparing for JEST 2025 exam.

a) Complete your JEST syllabus within two months of the exam. 

b) Solve previous year question paper of JEST exam.

c) Dedicate last two months for revision and solving question paper in time bound manner.

d) Try to solve questions in the same time as you will get in exam to feel the pressure.

If one follows the above mentioned strategy then the chances of their securing in exam are great. 

Q:   Has the JEST Exam Pattern changed?

Yes this year both marking scheme as well as exam pattern was changed. There were three sections in the exam Part A, B and C. 

The total number of questions were 50, 25 from Part A, 25 from Part B and 15 from Part C. The exam was conducted for total of 100 marks.

There was negative marking for Part A and B as Part C was descriptive in nature.
